| With the continuous development of the CBA League,various kinds of chaos in the CBA league are constantly exposed,such as: athletes’ violent behavior on the court,spectators interfering with the order of the game,coaches interrupting the normal progress of the game in the court,etc.These disciplinary violations have seriously threatened the healthy development of the CBA League.In order to ensure the CBA league in a fair,just,civilized,healthy environment orderly development.This paper studies the causes of disciplinary violations and finds the shortcomings of CBA League in punishing disciplinary violations,so as to reduce disciplinary violations and improve the shortcomings of disciplinary penalties in CBA League,so as to promote the high-quality development of CBA League.This study mainly uses literature,expert interview,questionnaire,case analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to deeply analyze the causes of various cases of violations of CBA League and the problems and deficiencies in the punishment of violations of CBA League,so as to propose corresponding countermeasures to reduce the violations of CBA League.So as to promote the healthy development of CBA league.Research conclusions:1.In disciplinary cases of CBA League,the occurrence of disciplinary violations is related to the decisions of referees.Players,coaches,club leaders and spectators in competitions are often dissatisfied with the decisions of referees,which leads to the occurrence of violations.2.The occurrence of disciplinary violations in the CBA League disciplinary punishment cases is related to the low professional quality.Due to the lack of professional quality,they will appear emotional in the arena,resulting in more irrational behaviors,and then the occurrence of violations.3.In the disciplinary punishment cases of CBA League,the occurrence of disciplinary violations is related to the lack of understanding of the disciplinary rules.The athletes,coaches and club leaders have insufficient understanding of the disciplinary rules,resulting in the occurrence of violations.4.In the disciplinary punishment cases of CBA League,the occurrence of disciplinary violations is related to lax management.For example,the performance of lax management in the competition area is that when the audience of the competition area insults and throws objects into the arena,the competition area is effectively managed,which leads to the occurrence of violations.5.The CBA League is not timely in punishing disciplinary acts;The standards of punishment are inconsistent;The content of punishment is not rich.Research Suggestions:1.CBA League can select referees to conduct training sessions with various clubs,so that athletes,coaches and clubs can understand the basis of referees’ decisions.At the same time,the video analysis class was carried out to let the clubs understand the reasons of referees’ decisions from the perspective of referees’ decisions.2.CBA League should call on clubs,players,fans,etc.,to strengthen ideological and moral construction.And each club should also pay attention to the ideological and moral construction of athletes.3.The CBA League can assign staff to each club to learn about the penalty rules before the start of the season,and communicate with the management personnel of each club about the penalty rules again during the season,and let the management personnel of the club learn within the team.4.The social service system for players,the joint responsibility system for players,coaches and managers,the suspension observation system for players,and the use of various forms of punishment.In addition to training competitions,management measures should be formulated for players’ social life,and irrational and immoral words and deeds of players in social life should be seriously dealt with to safeguard the credibility and image of the league and the club.5.Standardize the penalty standards,punish violations in a timely manner,enrich the penalty content,and establish a sense of responsibility to maintain the league. |
