| Background:Upper limb function is an important part of human body function in all populations, especially for heavy weight, high strength and high risk weightlifters. The strength of the upper extremity major muscle group of excellent weightlifters develops rapidly through high-intensity strength training, but the development of synergistic muscle is slow, resulting in the disharmony of the strength development of the upper extremity muscle, resulting in the inability of the big and small muscle groups to complement each other when doing work, thus limiting the function of the upper extremity. There are more advanced means of physical training in the world, and put forward the idea that strength training should be balanced;Although balance training has been used by some elite athletes in China,it still has no place in weight training and rehabilitation.Young athletes are the reserve talents of a country’s competitive sports. The sustainable development of weightlifting is inseparable from the input of young athletes from generation to generation. Therefore, the training methods of upper limb function of adolescent weightlifters are concerned.Star excursion balance training is a new type of physical training based on star extension balance test. This training method is very effective in enhancing the balance ability of neuromuscular control system. It is of great practical significance to our country athletics sports that how to use star excursion balance training correctly to improve the upper extremity of young weightlifting athletes, improve the special achievements of young weightlifting athletes.Research technique:The purpose of this study: Improving the upper limb function of adolescent female weightlifters by using the star excursion balance training method--Based on discussing the reliability and validity of the upper quarter Y-balance test for healthy people, using the upper quarter Y-balance test, core muscle endurance test, functional motion screening FMS test and other test indexes,The positive effects of star excursion balance training on upper limb function of adolescent female weightlifters were analyzed.Research method:Experiment 1: The reliability and validity of upper quarter Y-balance test was studied.65 healthy people aged 18-28 were selected as research objects. All participants completed Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test(UQYBT),Maximum Isometric Strength(MIS),Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability Test(CKCUEST),Trunk Flexor Endurance Test(TFET),and Lateral Trunk Endurance Test(LTET).The intra-and inter-test reliability of UQYBT and its correlation with other body functions were analyzed to discuss the reliability and validity of UQYBT in healthy people.Experiment 2: In this study,a total of 20 female weightlifters from Baoji Youth Sports School weightlifting team were selected as the research objects. They were 14-18 years old,had more than half a year of special training foundation, and had no sports injuries. They were subjected to 8 weeks of star excursion balance training. The effects of upper quarter Y-balance test, core muscle endurance test, functional motion screening test and other methods on the upper limb function were comprehensively evaluated. Results:Experiment 1:(1)In terms of reliability,Experiment I would have participants in three directions, except for the dominant side of Inferolateral and inter-tester reliability of the comprehensive average,intra-tester reliability,inter-tester reliability and composite scores would be high to excellent(ICC=0.783-0.924);(2)In terms of validity,in experiment 1,UQYBT was weakly to moderately correlated with CKCUEST(R=0.451-0.633,P < 0.01),weakly to moderately correlated with MIS(R=0.248-0.623,P < 0.05),and weakly to moderately correlated with LTET(R=0.304-0.576,P < 0.05).P < 0.05),but had little correlation with TFET.Experiment 2:After 8 weeks of star excursion balance training, the following results were obtained:(1)Star excursion balance training significantly improves athletes’ UQYBT test scores and Narrows the difference between left and right side scores in the corresponding three directions, improving the functional stability and difference of athletes’ upper limbs and making their upper limb stability more symmetrical.(2)Star excursion balance training can improve some scores of young female weightlifters in FMS test, significantly improve squat, shoulder joint flexibility,push-ups and other test scores, and improve the corresponding upper limb function.(3)Star excursion balance training has improved the core muscle endurance test scores of adolescent female weightlifters, and the outer trunk endurance has been significantly improved, which makes them have better performance in daily training Research conclusion:(1)Upper quarter Y-balance test is a reliable and effective upper limb dynamic balance test tool for healthy people.(2)Star excursion balance training is an effective training method to improve the upper limb motor function of adolescent female weightlifters;Compared with traditional muscle training, star excursion balance training can significantly promote and improve the upper limb stability, balance and muscle endurance of adolescent weightlifters.(3)Star excursion balance training should arouse extensive attention of coaches and athletes.Meanwhile, combined with different events and different athletes’ own development, further explore the use of star excursion balance training methods in training,so as to provide training basis and training means for the upper limb function of weightlifting athletes. |
