Research On The Basketball Activities Of The College Basketball Special Talents Serving The Community Masses In Beilin District Of Xi’an

With the country vigorously promoting the development of mass sports and the implementation of the national fitness program in recent years,the enthusiasm of the community to participate in sports is increasing day by day.As a fitness sport with strong popularity and wide audience,basketball is deeply loved by the community.Beilin District is located in Xi ’an,Shaanxi Province.It has the only full-time sports colleges and universities in Northwest China and several colleges and universities.There are plenty of professional basketball teachers,coaches,basketball students and other talents.In the new era,college personnel training,scientific research,service to society,cultural innovation and inheritance and other functions should be more closely combined with the development of regional economy,culture,education,sports and other undertakings.However,there are still problems in the supply and demand connection between college basketball talents and community basketball activities.The interaction between them and the factors affecting their common development still need to be further explored.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the basketball activities of special talents in colleges and universities serving the community in Beilin District of Xi ’an,find out the existing problems,and put forward effective solutions.In the process of the implementation of the "national fitness plan",it can provide reference for the mutual cooperation and sustainable and healthy development of college sports and community sports.This paper takes the basketball special talents of Xi ’an universities serving the community masses as the research object,takes the basketball special talents of three universities in Xi ’an Beilin District and the community basketball fans as the investigation object.Through the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and research on the current situation of college basketball special talents serving the community masses in Beilin District,and analyzes the interactive relationship between college basketball special talents and community masses in basketball activities.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of serving college basketball talents and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures according to the current predicament.Through investigation,research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The talents specialized in basketball in colleges and universities in this study are teachers and coaches engaged in basketball teaching,guiding basketball training and organizing basketball activities related competitions;The second is the basketball students who receive professional theoretical knowledge and skills training in colleges and universities.These two groups have certain professional knowledge and skills in the field of basketball,and can carry out various activities such as basketball teaching,basketball training,competition services,and basketball-related scientific research.(2)Based on the theory of supply and demand,the analysis results of the supply side show that the number of college basketball talents in Beilin District of Xi ’an is sufficient,the ability structure is relatively perfect,and they have the ability to serve various basketball activities of the community and meet their basic needs.Demand-side analysis shows that community basketball activities have a great demand for professional talents,and tend to provide services for college basketball professionals.(3)The survey on the service status of basketball talents in Beilin District of Xi’an on the community basketball activities shows that there is a single service approach and less choice of service location.The service form is mainly serving as service personnel of basketball games,community team players or coaches.The service content is mainly focused on the service of basketball games,and the community has different evaluation on the service quality.The outstanding performance in the form of service and business capacity of the satisfaction is not high.(4)The main influencing factors of college basketball talents in Beilin District serving the community include the venue factor,the needs of the community and the individual factors of college basketball talents.The concrete embodiment is Xi ’an Beilin District basketball court(hall)number,open degree and use requirements;The diversified demand of the community for all kinds of basketball activities,the training program of special talents in college basketball and the professional ability of special talents in college basketball are many aspects.(5)The main problems: the lack of stable supply and demand platform between the community and college basketball talents,the channels of communication are not smooth,and the degree of fit is low;Beilin District basketball court(pavilion)open and sharing degree is different;The development of basketball activities or events is not fixed,leading to the unstable demand for college basketball talents;The comprehensive ability of college basketball talents is insufficient and needs to be improved.Suggestion: Beilin District should establish a stable supply and demand platform between community basketball organizations or associations and college basketball talents;The government and departments at all levels should actively promote the stable development of various mass basketball games and related basketball activities,increase the number of public basketball courts(gymnasiums),and strengthen the interaction and sharing between communities and colleges,enterprises and institutions.Colleges and universities should strengthen the function of "serving the society" in the process of talent training,improve the courses of comprehensive ability training such as service to the society and community practice in the training program of basketball students specialized in college sports majors,revise the fit degree of college talent training goals and social development needs,and improve the comprehensive ability of college basketball talents specialized in basketball.Avoid structural unemployment to some extent.
