| Research Background: According to the report of the Party’s Twenty National Congress that "promoting the all-round development of popular sports and competitive sports,speeding up the construction of sports power" and effectively improving the physical fitness of the elderly are the national strategies to help actively cope with the aging population.Baduanjin is a treasure of traditional national martial arts,and its practice content and intensity are highly suitable for the physical characteristics of the elderly.Scientific evaluation of its influence on the physical function of the elderly by modern indicators is the premise of it,s sustainable development and scientific improvement of the physical quality of the elderly.Research objectives: In this study,Baduanjin was used as a 12-week training intervention for the elderly,functional motion screening was used to evaluate the changes of Baduanjin on the movement patterns of the elderly,explore the action mechanism of fitness Qigong Baduanjin to optimize the basic motion ability,enrich the theoretical research related to Baduanjin and functional motion screening,and thus enhance the public’s awareness of sports risk and improve the quality of life of the elderly.Contribute to the country’s active response to aging.Research methods: Experimental methods,mathematical statistics and literature methods were used to explore the effects of Baduanjin on the movement patterns of the elderly.By stratified sampling method,60 elderly people in Longqing community of Hanyang,The subjects were divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group was given 12 weeks of Baduanjin intervention training,while the control group maintained the original lifestyle without any intervention.Functional action screening was conducted before and after the intervention.Functional action screening was conducted before and after the intervention.The matched samples t-test was used to compare the original score and the final score within the group,and the independent sample t-test was used to compare and analyze the data before and after the experiment between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05),and the average score of functional action screening total score,linear lunge,prone stability test and trunk rotation stability test was lower.(2)Before and after intervention,there were significant differences between the original score and the final score of total score,overtop squat,hurdle step,straight lunge and straight leg active lift in the experimental group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in other test items.It is no significant difference between the control group before and after intervention.(3)After intervention,the average scores of 5 tests in the experimental group and control group were higher than those in the control group: overhead squat,hurdle walk,straight lunge,shoulder joint flexibility and active straight leg lift.Except for the shoulder joint flexibility test,the P values of the other four items were less than 0.05,indicating that the test scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different after intervention.Research conclusion:(1)Twelve-week eight Dan Jin training intervention can improve the total score of functional motility screening,the original score and final score of over top squat,hurdle step,straight lunge,straight leg active lift in the elderly,significantly improve the strength and flexibility of lower limb muscle,lumbar and back fascia tension,ankle and hip stability and knee flexibility,and optimize the basic movement pattern of squat,lunge and gait.(2)Twelveweeks of Baduanjin training intervention had little effect on the improvement of the original and final scores of shoulder joint flexibility,trunk stable push-up and rotation stability in the elderly in functional dynamic screening,however,under the premise that the joint is not restricted,There are deficiencies in improving the flexibility of shoulder joint and the strength and stability of core area of trunk in the elderly.The movement modes of bending,rotating,rolling and climbing are not optimized enough.(3)Baduanjin intervention can improve the stability and balance of the elderly under symmetrical,asymmetric and cross modes,which is of great significance for reducing the risk of daily sports injury and the probability of accidental fall injury in daily life. |
