| Teaching quality is the lifeline of school work and maintains the comprehensive benefits and social competitiveness of personnel training in colleges and universities.In recent years,due to the solidification of the teaching staff,the weakening of the competitive attribute,the increase of the number of students,the decline of the quality of students and other reasons,to a certain extent,the quality of sports training professionals who are good at special technology and outstanding training ability is uneven.Therefore,based on the relevant theories of pedagogy,management and system science,this study establishes the teaching quality assurance system of sports training major in higher physical education colleges,aiming at providing theoretical reference and tool support for improving the teaching quality of sports training major in higher physical education colleges,promoting the conformal development of sports training major,and creating a model of teaching quality assurance of sports major.In order to help higher sports colleges and universities to achieve the overall leapfrog of high-quality development of talent training.This study takes the teaching quality assurance system of sports training major in sports colleges and universities as the research object,follows the logical main line of "why to guarantee,what to guarantee and how to guarantee",and analyzes the theoretical basis and components of the teaching quality assurance system of sports training major through the method of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis.According to the design idea of hierarchical construction and gradual improvement,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods are adopted to build a teaching quality assurance system with the characteristics of sports training specialty.The results are as follows:(1)The concept of teaching quality assurance system of sports training major in higher physical education institutions is defined by using literature,expert interview,logical analysis and other research methods,namely: With sports training major of sports colleges and universities as the main body,combined with the training needs of sports training professional talents,the teaching activities of sports training as the goal to improve the quality and efficiency,including target positioning,training process,quality monitoring and other links,has the function of goal orientation,mechanism operation,continuous optimization and other organic whole.(2)According to the theory of total quality management,this paper gives theoretical guidance to the construction of teaching quality assurance system for sports training majors in sports colleges and universities,and preliminarily puts forward the structural elements of teaching quality assurance system as follows: the elements of "objective guarantee",namely the macroscopic direction of teaching quality assurance;The element of "input guarantee",namely the necessary condition of teaching quality guarantee;The elements of "process guarantee",that is,the process management and improvement of teaching quality guarantee;The element of "result guarantee",namely the comprehensive feedback link of teaching quality guarantee;The elements of "mechanism guarantee" are the internal operating power of teaching quality guarantee.(3)On the basis of defining the constituent elements of the guarantee system,this study constructs an index system of teaching quality assurance elements of sports training major in higher physical education institutions,including 7 first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators,through questionnaire survey,expert interview,Delphi and hierarchical analysis and other research methods,and obtains the index weight table through relevant calculation.Based on the analysis of the factors,this paper puts forward the concrete content of teaching quality assurance of sports training specialty in higher physical education colleges.(4)According to the structure content and case evaluation results of the teaching quality assurance system of sports training major in higher physical education institutions,This study puts forward seven suggestions to improve the teaching quality of sports training in sports colleges and universities,including clarifying the professional orientation,creating high-quality teachers,integrating all-round teaching resources,innovating the training mode of talents,implementing the teaching capital construction,strengthening the monitoring of teaching quality,and optimizing the teaching management system. |
