Design And Implementation Of VR System For Daqing Spirit Education Exhibition Hall

With the rapid development of Chinese cultural undertakings and cultural industries,the inheritance and protection of excellent Chinese spiritual culture has gradually been attached importance by people.Daqing spirit as the important part of deep cultural deposits of our country,its inheritance and transmission have deep meaning nowadays.Virtual reality technology is a new technology with rapid development in recent years.With its technical advantages,it is widely used in the field of cultural communication.Virtual scenic spots,virtual museums and virtual exhibition halls have gradually become a new trend in the field of culture.This virtual display form presents the real scene in the virtual environment,and users can visit the virtual scene without going out,and experience the unique cultural atmosphere while being on the scene.Based on virtual reality technology and taking Daqing Spirit Education Pavilion of Northeast Petroleum University as an example,this paper completed the design and development of the VR system of Daqing Spirit Education Pavilion with the help of Unity3 D engine and C# language,and successfully realized the digital transmission of Daqing Spirit.Firstly,this paper introduces the Daqing spirit Education Pavilion,and studies the connotation and development of Daqing spirit.It focuses on the research status at home and abroad of the development of virtual pavilion and the digital trend of the dissemination of Daqing spirit,and expounds the purpose and significance of the project to spread Daqing spirit and promote patriotic feelings.Then the cultural experience activities based on VR technology were studied,multi-sensory experience design theory and emotionalization theory in design were introduced,the path of creating the cultural atmosphere of VR scenes was analyzed,and the advantageous design points of Daqing Spirit VR experience system were clarified.Then the application of VR technology in Daqing spirit communication is studied,and the theory and cutting-edge technology needed for system development are introduced to ensure the innovation of design and implementation,and make technical preparation for the development of the system.Then the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,and the overall design and planning of the functions and displays of the system are carried out,so as to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of users while realizing the functions of the system.Finally,relevant technologies are used to develop the VR system of Daqing Spirit Education Pavilion according to the design section,including the realization of scene effect,the design of roaming mode,the recording of voice explanation and the realization of interactive functions.After the initial completion of the system,the system was tested,part of the system was adjusted according to the test results,and then the system was packaged and released to complete the design and implementation of the VR system of Daqing Spirit Education Pavilion.The system can be run on PC as an application or displayed on the official website of the school.With good stability and experience,the system can well meet users’ learning and experience needs for Daqing spiritual culture and play a very positive role in the publicity of the school.
