Online classroom expression concentration real-time feedback refers to the facial expression collection,processing and concentration evaluation and analysis of students’ online classroom based on facial expression recognition technology,and feedback the results to the teacher in real time.With the increasing maturity of facial expression recognition technology,it is of theoretical and practical significance to apply facial expression recognition to online classroom to assist teachers’ education and teaching.In this paper,the mainstream expression recognition technology in the field of computer vision is used to connect classroom expression with concentration,and a real-time feedback system of online classroom expression concentration is designed and implemented.The main work and innovations are as follows:(1)The category of classroom expression recognition is expanded and the classroom expression-awakening model is established.Through the analysis of the existing public data set and academic emotion model,the recognizable academic emotional expression is extracted,and the classroom expression-awakening model is established,combined with the classroom expression in the model.the research of focus evaluation is carried out by using expression recognition technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taking a number of college students in a university as the research object,the classroom expression data were collected,and the accuracy of the research was verified by comparing the score of the system with that of teachers.The establishment of this model provides a new management model for teachers,and teachers can observe and analyze students’ emotional changes in the classroom more carefully,so as to better promote students’ learning and development.(2)The framework of focus feedback system is proposed.In order to solve the problem of concentration in online classroom,this paper proposes a framework of concentration feedback system,which can help teachers to better monitor students’ concentration in order to take targeted teaching intervention measures.The elements in the framework are not simply piled up,but run with a progressive and hierarchical feedback mechanism,which can analyze and evaluate students’ concentration in multi-dimensions and evaluate teachers’ teaching methods and curriculum contents.in order to better understand the learning needs of students,and formulate corresponding teaching plans.The framework involves not only student analysis,but also teachers’ facial feedback.through stage-by-stage classroom concentration analysis,teachers can accurately understand students’ learning situation and judge whether students’ concentration problems are individual problems or teachers’ teaching problems,so as to effectively improve teaching and improve teaching effect.Based on the first two innovations,this paper uses Py Qt5 as the system framework to design and implement a real-time recognition system of classroom expression concentration,so that teachers can better understand the emotional state of students and take corresponding teaching measures.After the implementation of the system,five students are randomly selected as the focus of the study for experimental analysis.Through observation and data analysis,it is found that teachers can adjust the students whose concentration decreases in time in the classroom,so as to verify the feasibility of the system.To sum up,this study can provide an effective way for online classes and assisting teachers’ education and teaching.
