Research purpose: Through the kinematic analysis of Yan Xiyao’s vault movement "handspring fwd.and dbl.salto fwd.t",the technical characteristics and existing problems of Yan Xiyao when doing this movement are found.The effective data are used to support Yan Xiyao’s scientific training,and the coaches are helped to develop targeted training plans,so that Yan Xiyao can complete this technical movement with high quality.And for Yan Xiyao to get better results in the next National Games to provide a direct reference basis,but also for other teammates to learn the "handspring fwd.and dbl.salto fwd.t" to provide reference.Research methods: Literature,comparative analysis,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to analyze the data of Yan Xiyao,an outstanding gymnast in Shaanxi Province,who completed the vault "handspring fwd.and dbl.salto fwd.t",and to study the relationship between different indicators and the existing rules.Research results: 1.In the process of Yan Xiyao’s Vaulting Horse "handspring fwd.and dbl.salto fwd.t",the time for the step jump stage was 0.10 s,the time for the first take-off stage was 0.10 s,the time for the push stage was 0.15 s,the time for the second take-off stage was 1.06 s,and the total time from the step jump stage to the second take-off stage was 1.41 s.2.In the step jump stage,at the moment of landing,the upper board angle is 66 °,the shoulder angle is 118 °,the hip angle is 101 °,the knee angle is 156 °,the ankle angle is 124 °,the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity is 7.72m/s,and the vertical velocity of the center of gravity is-0.46m/s;At the moment of off-board,the off-board angle is 73 °,the shoulder angle is 127 °,the hip angle is 147 °,the knee angle is 176 °,the ankle angle is 121 °,the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity is 5.20m/s,and the vertical velocity of the center of gravity is 3.72m/s;The height of the center of gravity decreased from 1.01 m to 1.00 m in the buffering period of the pedal jump,and increased from 1.00 m to 1.18 m in the pedal extension period.3.In the first take-off stage,the maximum speed of the ankle joint is 12.37m/s,the instantaneous hip angle of the horse is 171 °,the wrist joint speed is 7.84m/s when leaving the board,the instantaneous wrist joint speed of the horse is 2.91m/s,and the loss is 4.39m/s.4.In the push stage,at the moment of horse support,Yan Xiyao’s horse support angle is 32 °,shoulder angle is 117 °,and hip angle is 171 °;At the moment of push-off,the push-off angle is 71 °,the shoulder angle is 132 °,the hip angle is 138 °,the knee angle is 99 °,the ankle joint speed is 8.58m/s,the center of gravity horizontal speed is 3.34m/s,and the center of gravity vertical speed is 3.80m/s.5.In the second take-off stage,the maximum height from the second take-off to the ground is 2.96 m,the average torso rotation speed from the moment of departure from the horse to the moment of holding leg is 8.89rad/s,the average torso rotation speed from the moment of holding leg to one and a half weeks is 13.97rad/s,the minimum hip angle is 45 °,the minimum knee angle is 56 °,and the center of gravity horizontal speed increases from 3.60m/s to 4.27m/s.6.In the landing stage,the landing angle is 77 °,the trunk rear elevation angle is8 °,the hip angle is 110 °,the knee angle is 119 °,the ankle angle is 119 °,the height of the center of gravity from the contact point is 0.74 m,and the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity is 4.27m/s.Research conclusions: 1.When Yan Xiyao did the "forward handspring and front somersault for two weeks",in terms of time allocation,the time of the first and second take-off stages was relatively small,while the time of the push stage was relatively large,and the time allocation was not reasonable.2.Yan Xiyao’s loss of horizontal speed and increase of vertical speed of the center of gravity in the step and jump stage are small,and the conversion rate of converting part of the kinetic energy obtained from the run-up to the upward potential energy is small.3.In the first take-off stage,the hip angle is small at the moment of horse support,which does not reach the back arch posture required in the first take-off stage,and there is also an obvious phenomenon of leg separation.The maximum speed of the ankle joint is small,the wrist joint speed is large,and the forward rotation is not obvious.4.Yan Xiyao’s hip angle and knee angle were small and his body was not fully extended at the moment of pushing away at the hand pushing stage,and there was an obvious phenomenon of bending the hip and knee;The pusher takes a long time,the increase of the vertical velocity of the center of gravity in the pusher stage is small,the pusher’s top shoulder action is not obvious,and the conversion rate of kinetic energy into upward potential energy is small5.In the second stage of take-off,Yan Xiyao’s minimum hip angle is large,the height from the highest point to the ground is low,the body is not compact enough and the altitude of take-off is low;The average turning speed from the moment of leaving the horse to the moment of holding the leg is slow,which means that the movement of heel and shoulder is not obvious.The time allocation of the second phase is unreasonable.It takes a long time in the first week and a short time in the next week and a half.6.At the landing stage,the landing angle is too large and the horizontal speed at the moment of landing is too large,resulting in obvious squatting during the buffer period,and a big step forward after getting up,resulting in unstable landing.
