| The strategy of strengthening the country by talents in the new era clearly points out that the competition of talents in the world in the new era is the competition of talents training first,from the perspective of the demand of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,what knowledge,skills and abilities can be learned and mastered by students in colleges and universities,it is XI’ an physical education university that there is an imbalance between the lack of competence of PE students and the high standard of recruitment requirements.This study focused on the employ ability of XI’an physical education university students majoring in physical education,the questionnaire on the employ ability of college students majoring in XI’ an physical education university physical education was compiled by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,based on the training program of physical education professionals,this paper studies the current situation of students’ employment ability through the investigation and research on the results of the evaluation and self-evaluation of Students’ employment ability,to explore the factors affecting the employment of undergraduate students,and to put forward strategies to promote the employment development of Xi’ an physical education university physical education majors,taking into account the actual situation,to improve the quality of XI’ an physical education university physical education professionals.The findings are as follows: 1.The XI’ an physical education university training plan for PE majors in primary and secondary schools is in line with the training and development direction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,but it has not yet fully met the demand for diversified training of PE talents in the new era.2.Graduates of XI’ an physical education university physical education major are deficient in teaching ability,training ability,competition organization ability,learning ability and professional skills.3.Through the combination of self-evaluation and employer evaluation,there are the following problems: first,lack of understanding of teaching materials,unreasonable design of teaching plans,second,lack of PE teaching evaluation and reflection,third,fourth,the lack of teaching organization,fifth,the lack of flexibility in dealing with emergencies,sixth,the lack of theoretical support for the feasibility of training,seventh,lack of physical education evaluation and reflection.4.Through principal component analysis,the main factors affecting the employment of XI’ an physical education university physical education majors include three categories,the social factors include the relevant employment policy of the state,the development prospect of the major,the employment opportunity of the present society,the level of fairness of the present society,the social evaluation of the major,the support of the state to the college students’ entrepreneurship,the social influence of the major,the popularity of the major,the academic level of the teachers,the running level of the school,the recruitment examination related to the major,the demand for the talents of the major in the employment market,the popularity of the school,the curriculum setting of the major,the regional environment of the city where the school is located,the understanding of the employment situation of the current China and the social relations of the parents;Personal factors include physical condition,gender,school award certificate,experience as a class cadre,in addition to professional other skills(such as hosting,singing and dancing,etc.);Knowledge and skills mainly include the mastery of sports professional knowledge,the mastery of sports professional skills and teaching ability.TIP: 1.At the government level,we should give full play to the leading role of policy and promote the development of colleges and universities.2.School level,first,Clear Development Goals,deepen the professional training mechanism of physical education,second,deepen the construction of educational platform.3.At the teacher level,we should give full play to the role of“Student-centered,teacher-led”,and inspire and guide students to learn from teaching ability,training ability and competition organization ability.4.At the student level,we should pay attention to the cultivation of self-regulated learning ability,make academic plans,define goals,strengthen internal drive and develop potential. |
