Complete Set Design And Practice Research Of Free Dance Cheerleading

In recent years,with its unique advantages and favorable external development environment,cheerleading has been widely carried out in campus and society under the support of national policies.The project of Free Dance Cheerleading conforms to the trend of development in our country,as the newly developing indigenous dance cheerleading project in our country,is in the exploring stage,and has a good future for development.According to the rules of cheerleading competition and the imbalance between the skills and artistic performance of cheerleading athletes,the complete set design level of Free Dance Cheerleading is one of the important problems restricting the development of the project.According to the needs of sustainable development of the project itself,the study on the process and content elements of the complete set design can promote the development of the project to a certain extent.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,expert investigation,analytic hierarchy process,video analysis and case study to analyze the background of Free Dance Cheerleading,define related concepts,and sort out the current situation at home and abroad from the aspects of cheerleading development,competition,choreography of dance cheerleading and related research of the same group of events.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Free Dance Cheerleading,selects the three-level index elements of the complete design content to sort and analyze the weight,and starts from the basis of the complete design of Free Dance Cheerleading,it gets that the complete design of Free Dance Cheerleading should follow the competition rules,the main body ability,the relevant theoretical basis of the complete design and the key principles.Finally,a complete set of design practice is carried out.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The characteristics of Free Dance Cheerleading are summarized into three aspects: integration of novelty,feeling of beauty and technical difficulty.(2)Construct the three-level hierarchical structure of the complete design of Free Dance Cheerleading.First-level indicators include 3 elements,second-level indicators include 8 elements,and third-level indicators include 22 elements.The first level index is divided by the steps of complete design of Free Dance Cheerleading.The preliminary design accounts for 24.96%,the overall design for 48.07%,and the complete set for 26.97%.The top ten factors in the weight ranking of three-level index are B21 choreography dance movement,A11 subject ability,B23 thematic style movement,B22 selective difficulty movement,A21 matching degree with style,C21 body posture,C12 personality movement time node,B32 level diversity,C22 emotion expression,and B31 formation diversity.The implementation focus of complete design practice process is obtained by weight ranking,and the content index elements with high weight index should be paid attention to in practice.(3)The design of the complete set of Free Dance Cheerleading exercises takes the competition rules as the primary premise and fully considers the realistic conditions of the complete set of the main body.The theoretical basis that should be followed includes the theory of sports training,the theory of sports aesthetics and the theory of exercise physiology.The key principles related to complete sets of design include scientific principles,targeted principles and innovative principles.(4)According to the basis and principles of the design of the complete set of Free Dance Cheerleading,apply the index elements of the complete set of content reasonably into practice,and win the champion in the Free Dance Cheerleading event of Group A of University Class A in the 2022 National Sports Training Competition League Cheerleading Championship and the open Youth Group B in the 2022 National Cheerleading Championship.It proves that the research content of this paper has practical application value.(5)In order to realize the sustainable development of Free Dance Cheerleading and design excellent complete sets of works,we should fully understand the project characteristics,attach importance to the basis and principle of design,grasp the needs of complete sets of design,and reasonably use the complete set of design process and content index elements.Based on the analysis of the current situation and future direction of the project,a development path of local dance cheerleading project conforming to our national conditions is found out.(6)The complete set design of Free Dance Cheerleading includes the whole implementation process from creation to performance,and needs to further improve the classification of content elements and the implementation of specific steps.In the process of practice,the three levels of content elements are refined and supplemented,and the direction of complete sets of design is mined from more details.(7)With the development of the project,the follow-up research of Free Dance Cheerleading can get inspiration from strengthening the cross-field research of dance,dance cheerleading or the same project.It is hoped that the coaches can accurately grasp,dare to try,keep innovating,create a set of high-quality movements in line with the characteristics of dance cheerleading,and the development of cheerleading can blossom.
