| With the continuous development of Chinese education,physical education is constantly integrated with other disciplines.More and more teaching methods are being widely used across various disciplines.The premise is to choose teaching methods that are suitable for the structure and characteristics of the project itself.Track and field has been gradually introduced into the field of physical education.Since ancient times,track and field is also a traditional sports item in Chinese physical education curriculum.Javelin,as an exclusive course in physical education colleges and normal colleges,has been attached great importance,but the difficulty of the item is relatively high,and the teaching method is relatively simple.The characteristics of the case teaching method are also suitable for the structural characteristics of the javelin project,so this paper applies the case teaching method in the javelin general course teaching,in order to achieve good teaching experiment results.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods.Firstly,it systematically establishes the college javelin teaching case base,independently writes and establishes a complete javelin teaching case base,presenting the teaching process of specific cases,the process and analysis of case formulation,and the selection and application of case base.And the organization and implementation process of case teaching course.Secondly,I chose students from non-track and field selected classes of sports training major of Wuhan Physical Education University as the teaching experiment objects.I conducted case teaching and traditional teaching for students of the two classes respectively.Finally,Excel2021 and spass25.0 were used for statistical analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn by logical analysis:(1)The application of case teaching method in javelin teaching is an effective teaching method,which can better promote students to establish the correct concept of technical movement and the effective grasp of each link of technology.The establishment of scientific and practical case base is a necessary prerequisite for the realization of case teaching.(2)The case teaching implemented by the javelin case library can avoid the occurrence of wrong movements of students as far as possible.For example,the case of "F2022V0014" can avoid the disconnection between the run-up and the final exertion caused by the deceleration of the throwing step as far as possible,and the case of "F2022V0016" can avoid the problem of the poor effect of "whipping" movement.(3)The case teaching implemented by using the javelin case library can help students understand the reasons for the poor support effect of the last step and how to improve the final force support effect,so as to improve the final force technology related to the javelin,such as the application of "T2022V0011" case.The use of "T2022V0013" case can also improve the buffer stage technical action.(4)The case teaching implemented through the javelin case library can make students realize that their power sequence in the final force stage of javelin throwing is unreasonable,and correct relevant technical movements in time.At the same time,case teaching method can stimulate students’ interest in learning javelin and promote students’ cooperation awareness to obtain more in-depth teaching harvest. |
