The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "Building a strong education country is an important support for realizing the construction of a powerful socialist modernization country and a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation".To achieve this goal,it is inseparable from the physical and mental health of high-quality modern talents.In recent years,outdoor education has been widely concerned in the society.While delivering outdoor life skills and improving young people’s leadership,it trains all-round socialist builders and successors through the process of students’ participation in experience,skill practice,observation,reflection,summary and application,conforming to the development needs of the times.However,outdoor education in China is at the initial stage and has not been listed in the undergraduate specialty setting directory of colleges and universities.In addition,the absence of government management and the lack of effective social organizations to provide a unified standard and direction for the socialization of practitioners make outdoor education teachers lack a comprehensive and unified professional knowledge system to support,and affect the teaching quality and value of outdoor education.As the core of teachers’ professional knowledge,Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)is a long-term practical experience based on the integration of subject knowledge,course knowledge,learning situation analysis and teaching strategy knowledge,with obvious personal and disciplinary characteristics.It determines that teachers can effectively use the laws of education and teaching,teaching management,teaching strategies and other contents in the teaching process.Whether outdoor teachers have Pedagogical Content Knowledge of outdoor education determines whether the function of outdoor education can be fully played.To solve the problem that the current situation of teacher training in the field of outdoor education is not conducive to the healthy development of outdoor education in China.This article takes "Pedagogical Content Knowledge of the outdoor education" as the research object,and uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Delphi method and mathematical statistics,build the system of outdoor education Pedagogical Content Knowledge,and prepare the outdoor education Pedagogical Content Knowledge evaluation scale,to provide a unified direction for the country and social organizations to socialized training of outdoor education teachers,promote the professional development of outdoor education teachers,and create a good environment for the development of outdoor education in China.This is the first exploration of combining outdoor education with Pedagogical Content Knowledge in China.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The system consists of 4 first level contents,13 second level contents and 37 third level contents.Among them,the first level content: subject knowledge,curriculum knowledge,Learning situation analysis and teaching strategy knowledge;Level II content: 13 items,including discipline basic theory,discipline vision,discipline teaching belief,and curriculum foundation;Level III content: 37 items,including the understanding of the basic knowledge of outdoor education,the understanding of the teaching objectives of outdoor education,the understanding of the organization and structure of outdoor education,and the grasp of the essence of outdoor education.As a teacher of outdoor education,he must have systematic Pedagogical Content Knowledge.The state and social organizations should strictly follow this system when socializing the employees,so as to improve the professional level of outdoor education teachers and promote the healthy development of outdoor education in China.2.On the basis of determining the system of outdoor education Pedagogical Content Knowledge,the weight of each content is calculated.In the first level content,the weight coefficient of subject knowledge is 0.255,the weight coefficient of curriculum knowledge is0.250,the weight coefficient of learning situation analysis is 0.245,and the weight coefficient of teaching strategy knowledge is 0.250;In the second level content,the weight coefficient of basic discipline theory is 0.085,the weight coefficient of discipline vision is 0.084,the weight coefficient of discipline teaching belief is 0.085,the weight coefficient of curriculum foundation is 0.052,and the weight coefficient of curriculum design is 0.046,The weight coefficient of curriculum organization and implementation is 0.047,the weight coefficient of curriculum reflection and evaluation is 0.054,the weight coefficient of curriculum management is 0.052,the weight coefficient of understanding students is 0.123,the weight coefficient of interpersonal relationship processing is 0.123,the weight coefficient of teaching methods is 0.091,the weight coefficient of teaching representation is 0.079,and the weight coefficient of teaching principles is 0.079;Finally,the weight coefficient of each content in the third level content is calculated.3.The preparation of the "outdoor education Pedagogical Content Knowledge evaluation scale" provides a tool for evaluating the mastery of outdoor education teachers’ Pedagogical Content Knowledge,and facilitates the formulation of scientific,reasonable and personalized outdoor education teacher training programs.
