One of the main reasons for juvenile delinquency is weak legal awareness and lack of necessary legal knowledge.Therefore,it is very important to carry out legal education for juveniles involved in crimes,so that they can truly know the law,understand the law,abide by the law,and establish a correct concept.With the purpose of preventing crime again and focusing on education,rehabilitation and rescue,this study carries out legal education for juveniles involved in crimes to help them reform and return to society smoothly and healthily.In this study,literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and were the case study method used to carry out the practice mode of social workers’ involvement in the legal education of criminal minors from the perspective of cognitive behavioral theory and dominant perspective theory.After receiving the case,social workers shall carry out social investigation on juvenile suspects and compile social investigation reports;Before intervention,social workers diagnose the causes and problems of juvenile delinquency based on the actual situation of investigation,and estimate the needs of juvenile delinquents;In the process of intervention,systematic and periodical help and education should be carried out to correct wrong cognition from the first stage.To the second stage to establish a new understanding,gradually develop the law,law,usage of good behavior habits.To the third stage to consolidate the unity of cognition and behavior,firm correct and rational concepts,adhere to the law,law,usage of good behavior habits,to achieve a new self;After the conclusion of the case,the process and effect of the help and education were evaluated,and the follow-up and return visits were continued.The conclusions of this study are as follows: First,social workers play a key role in the practice of juvenile delinquency education and conditional non-prosecution system.The professional values,methods and skills of social workers make the assistance and education achieve good results.Second,social workers to carry out comprehensive social investigation,from the director of the growing experience,individual condition,learning and cognitive status,family status,and other social relations,etc.,able to diagnose the problem more systematically,analyze the causes and problems of crime in a comprehensive way,and through to carry out the corresponding legal system education,better able to help the director to turn over a new leaf and the prevention of crime.Finally,social workers make follow-up follow-up and return visits to the juvenile delinquent after the end of the help and education,and continue to understand the psychological state,thought change and behavior performance of the juvenile delinquent after the help and education,so as to test whether the help and education work has brought real results to the juvenile delinquent.In addition,social workers in the juvenile delinquency of the help practice also need to constantly improve and improve the deficiencies. |
