| A country without morality does not prosper,and people cannot stand without morality.The foundation of educating people lies in morality.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has requested that cultivating morality as the fundamental task of education and cultivating newcomers of the era who are responsible for national rejuvenation.Culture is not only the blood of the nation,but also the spiritual home of the people.It can brighten up the "ground color" of people and promote the construction of universities to become a melting pot for forging outstanding young people.Excellent regional culture is a treasure of Chinese culture.It contains rich ideological and political education value.Incorporating it into ideological and political education in colleges and universities can help colleges and universities to realize "educate and influence people with culture" and cultivate socialist builders and successors who have comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,artistic and labor.This research adheres to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,comprehensively uses literature analysis,multiple case analysis and investigation and research methods,and along the ideas of discovering,analyzing and solving problems to research the problem of integrates excellent regional culture into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.By clarifying the related concepts of "excellent regional culture","college ideological and political education" and "integrating excellent regional culture into university ideological and political education",the necessity and feasibility of integration are analyzed,and the relevant theoretical basis is explained to provide the theoretical basis for this research.Seven domestic universities are selected as samples for multi-case analysis,and enlightenment is obtained from their similarities and differences to provide experience for this study.On this basis,we conducted questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with national college students and experts in related fields,and found that the overall situation of integration is improving,but there are still obvious problems,such as: the degree of student recognition and practice needs to be improved,the impact of the environmental field of integration needs to be strengthened,and the practical vitality of the specific integration of universities needs to be highlighted.Through in-depth analysis,the reasons for these problems are mainly insufficient implementation of government measures,insufficient overall social atmosphere,insufficient family education effects,insufficient integration of colleges and universities,and insufficient motivation for students to learn.In order to improve the effectiveness of Lide’s cultivation of people,this research is based on the concept of "three-dimensional education",using the four-element theory of ideological and political education,from the four levels of playing the guiding role of the educational subject,stimulating the subject consciousness of the educational object,promoting the effectiveness of educational intermediary cooperation,and strengthening the educational environment to explore the ways of integrating excellent regional culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At present,the integration of excellent regional culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities has not attracted enough attention and attention,and exploring its integration path has great significance in theory and practice.Mainly reflects in: in theory,it can not only enhance the theoretical depth of excellent regional culture,but also enrich the theoretical system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and expand the field of ideological and political education and cultural research;in practice,it can promote the inheritance and development of excellent regional culture,and it can also improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. |
