Employment is the greatest livelihood and the most basic support for economic development.China attaches great importance to the improvement of employment quality,high-quality employment has become the goal of China’s economic and social development,the pursuit of high-quality employment is not only the natural needs of workers,but also the economic foundation of a better life.Therefore,measuring China’s high-quality employment level and analyzing the current situation and characteristics of China’s high-quality employment development are of great significance to improving China’s high-quality employment level and promoting the vigorous development of China’s economy.This thesis first describes the current employment situation in China,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of high-quality employment level including five dimensions: employment environment,employment safety and security,employment potential,employment income and employment time.After that,the comprehensive evaluation of China’s high-quality employment level was carried out,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure the comprehensive level and dimensional level of high-quality employment in31 provinces(municipalities and districts)in China in 2016,2018 and 2020,and the results were analyzed,and it was found that there were regional differences in China’s high-quality employment level.Therefore,the sources and influencing factors of regional differences in China’s high-quality employment level are explored,the regional differences of China’s highquality employment level are measured and decomposed by using the Thiel index,the spatial autocorrelation of China’s high-quality employment level is analyzed by using the Moran index,and finally the influencing factors of regional differences are explored with the help of geographic detector model.Through research,this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)The comprehensive level of high-quality employment in China is on the rise.From the perspective of subregions,there are differences in the level of high-quality employment in 31 provinces(municipalities and districts)in China,and the high-quality employment development models are different,all of which have their own advantages and shortcomings,and the development of high-quality employment is not stable;(2)The regional difference in China’s high-quality employment level has gradually decreased,and the regional difference has always been greater than the interregional difference.The one-way commuting time,the rate of receiving vocational guidance,the satisfaction of job promotion,the work-related injury rate and the incidence rate of labor dispute cases are the leading factors of regional differences in high-quality employment level in China,and their influence is strong and stable.(3)There is a significant spatial positive correlation between China’s high-quality employment level in 2016 and 2020.The spatial local autocorrelation of high-quality employment levels in China in various years is more prominent,and most of them are manifested as positive spatial correlations.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward: formulate and implement personalized development strategies from multiple angles,strengthen inter-provincial exchanges and cooperation through multiple channels,and pay attention to improving employment potential in multiple aspects. |
