| In 2018,biology curriculum standards for senior high schools(2017 Edition)was promulgated,which promoted the reform of biology teaching,required us to optimize teaching methods,implement curriculum standards,and cultivate innovative talents with all-round development for the times.Project-based learning is a teaching and learning method that emphasizes student-centered,problem-solving as guidance,and pays attention to the cultivation of students’ abilities in all aspects.In recent years,especially under the background of the implementation of the new curriculum standard,more and more educators pay attention to project-based learning,study the application of projectbased learning in various disciplines,and look for an effective teaching model to better deepen curriculum reform and implement the cultivation of core literacy.This study understands the current research on project-based learning at home and abroad,and applies project-based learning to biology teaching in senior high school.Combined with the theoretical research of project-based learning and the characteristics of biology teaching,this study puts forward the teaching design method and implementation process of project-based learning in biology,designs specific projectbased learning cases according to curriculum standards and teaching materials,and carries out project-based teaching practice,Finally,through the paper and pencil test,this paper analyzes the impact of the application of project-based learning in senior high school biology teaching on improving the ability of biology,so as to verify the feasibility and teaching effect of the application of project-based learning in senior high school biology teaching,summarize the experience and shortcomings,and lay a foundation for further research.This study takes senior two students as the research object to study the application of project-based learning in senior high school biology teaching.The main methods include the following parts:Firstly,it combs the research at home and abroad through the literature research method to understand the research status of project-based learning at home and abroad.This paper expounds the related concepts of project-based learning,the elements of project-based learning,the implementation process and the elements and connotation of biological discipline ability,and puts forward the research purpose,research significance,research ideas and research methods of this research.Secondly,according to the theoretical research and combined with the characteristics of biology teaching,this paper puts forward the design method and implementation process of project-based learning.The design method of project-based learning mainly includes five basic links: design project theme,design learning objectives,design project learning activities,design project learning results,design project-based learning evaluation and teaching reflection,Each link is described in detail.According to the biology curriculum standard of senior high school and the content of teaching materials,the project-based learning case of steady state and environment module is designed with the proposed project-based learning design method.Finally,the project-based learning design case is applied to a class in grade two of a middle school to carry out the teaching practice of project-based learning.Before and after the teaching practice of project-based learning,the relevant data are collected,and the data are processed by spss26.0 software to analyze the differences of students’ biological ability before and after project-based teaching,and summarize the learning effect of project-based learning.The results show that: by directly comparing the data,all aspects of biology subject ability are improved after project-based learning teaching.Further analysis of the data by spss26.0 software shows that at the 5% significance level,students have no significant difference in recall recognition,establishing distant connection and scientific practice ability(P > 0.05);It was improved in induction and generalization,concept expansion,scientific interpretation,simple reasoning,simple design and complex reasoning,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).It shows that project-based learning has no obvious effect on improving memory recognition,establishing distant connection and scientific practice ability;It has a significant effect on improving students’ ability of induction and generalization,concept expansion,scientific explanation,simple reasoning and simple design.Project based learning can improve students’ biological ability to a certain extent,is conducive to the implementation of core literacy,and can be applied in biology teaching according to the specific situation.The innovation of this study is to combine project-based learning with biology teaching in senior high school,design the design method and implementation process of project-based learning suitable for biology,verify the role of project-based learning in improving students’ biology ability,and it is an effective attempt to implement the curriculum standards.Combined with the shortcomings and experience of this research in teaching practice,this paper puts forward corresponding implementation suggestions and points out the research direction of project-based learning in the future. |
