| In modern enterprise management,human resource management plays a very important role.Compensation is the most important concern of every employee in the workplace,and compensation management is a very sensitive part of human resource management.How to scientifically motivate employees’ work efficiency,promote employees’ efforts to achieve work goals,and recruit and retain high-quality talents for the enterprise plays an important role in this regard.Enterprises and human resource managers continue to improve their salary system design and management level,to promote the quality of the staff and competitive.In recent years,the salary income of football players has been increasing,which has attracted widespread attention and doubts.At present,the professional football league is facing difficulties,and many clubs are facing the crisis of dissolution.In order to maintain the survival of football clubs,the Chinese Football Association has issued a number of salary limit policies.In addition,the reduction of ticket income,media broadcasting income and commercial development brought by COVID-19 also provides an opportunity for football practitioners to re-examine,reflect on and improve the compensation system.Football clubs face pay reform in their new form.D Football Club is a Chinese Super League club located in Northeast China.Its main business scope includes football industry development and ticket sales.In terms of internal management,enterprise operation has been implemented,and perfect administrative,financial,legal and team management departments have been established.Since 2018,the club has increased investment,hired well-known coaches at home and abroad,and introduced a number of domestic and foreign strong players and new generation players.The club focuses on long-term development and plans clear development goals,comprehensively strengthens management,and strives to be among the top clubs in Asia.However,with the decline of its own revenue and the weakening of the blood transfusion ability of the parent company,the club has felt unprecedented economic pressure.How to survive has become a great bottleneck for the development of the club.The salary management of the club has become increasingly serious,and it has also encountered many practical difficulties and challenges.Based on the existing staff salary management practice of D Football Club,this thesis analyzes the existing staff salary management problems of D Football Club,applies the salary management theory and incentive theory,and combines the specific situation of the football industry to analyze the existing problems in the salary management of D Football Club,including: Unreasonable salary structure,single channel for employees’ salary increase,lack of quantitative performance assessment standards,and poor incentive of players’ compensation.Optimization schemes are put forward,including,introducing broadband compensation,establishing standard performance assessment process,and re-establishing the compensation system of team personnel.This study can provide ideas and methods for the reform of the salary system of D Football Club,improve the existing problems in the salary management of D Football club at the present stage,and play a certain reference role for similar football clubs in the promotion of salary management. |
