Research On The Constituent Elements Of The Arrangement Of Collective-basic-techniques Routine Of Competitive Wushu

Collective-basic-techniques is a comprehensive collective project based on the wushu fundamentals,under the premise of underlining the defense characteristics,the pursuit of collective coordination,with the help of novel choreography,showing project technics and graceful modeling.In recent years,with the development of the project,the level of action completion between teams tends to be close,and the quality of routine arrangement has gradually become the key to winning the project.However,the previous research found that the current collective-basic-techniques routine failed to break through the traditional arrangement perspective,and there were some problems such as simple action composition,invariable arrangement and lack of content innovation.The lack of detailed research on the constituent elements of the arrangement of collective-basic-techniques routines cannot provide operable theoretical guidance for the optimization and upgrading of this project.Therefore,this study builds the framework of the constituent elements of the collective-basic-techniques routine arrangement of Competitive Wushu,so as to provide targeted strategic reference for further improving the level of routine arrangement.This study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics and so on.It took the constituent elements of the arrangement of Competitive Wushu collective-basic-techniques routines as the research objects,and 211 collective-basic-techniques routines of the National Youth Wushu Routine Championship from 2015 to 2019 to be taken as the analysis objects.Based on Wushu rules,the research divided the arrangement of collective-basic-techniques routines into content elements,structural layout elements and musical elements.On the basis of literature analysis,through expert interviews,the specific connotation of the layout elements of the collective-basic-techniques routine is clarified,and the framework of the layout elements is established.According to the framework logic,combined with video,this paper analyzed the current situation and rules of the arrangement of collective-basic-techniques routines,compared the relevant data of the top three and the bottom three in five years,combed the arranging issues.Finally,targeted strategies to optimize the arrangement were put forward.The research conclusions were as follows:(1)Content elements of collective-basic-techniques arrangement structure including the application of neat practice actions(i.e.number of group actions,composition types of specified internal action and application of specified external action types),the application of mixed practice actions(i.e.number of group actions,the composition types of specified internal action and the application of specified external action types)and the application of cooperative actions(i.e.static cooperation and dynamic cooperation).Arrangement content is given priority to with small combination action,the techniques,step types,leg methods combined with each other,pay more attention to the change of detail actions such as hand type techniques,dynamic and static cooperation gradually tends to became equilibrium state in recent years.(2)Layout elements of collective-basic-techniques arrangement structure including action distributions(i.e.the proportion of action time for joint training and mixed training)and spatial layout(i.e.the application of formation types,mobile routes and hierarchical combinations).In recent years,the structure layout is relatively large,commonly used circular,triangle,horizontal row,vertical row and other basic graphics as the formation,and lateral movement is given priority to,pay more attention to the combination of adjacent vertical space.(3)Music elements of collective-basic-techniques routine arrangement include music composition and coordination between action and music(i.e.corresponding action rate and sound effect coordination).In the past five years,the music rhythm is relatively fast,the music arrangement is relatively single,the cooperation between action and music is relatively general,and the number of applications of music and sound effects has an upward trend.(4)Comparing the application of various elements between the top three and the bottom three in 2015-2019,it is found that the arrangement contents of top three are more diversity and novelty,space layout more richness and innovation,music more diversity.The common problems in the arrangement of collective-basic-techniques are: lack of diversity,lack of innovation and lack of collectiveness.Discuss the promotion strategies of routine arrangement from two aspects of internal elements and external conditions.The promotion strategies of internal elements include enriching the action contents(trying multiple collocations,adding traditional elements and innovating cooperative actions),strengthening the structural layout(increasing innovative formation and making full use of space),and improving the music quality(strengthening music coordination and adding national style elements).External conditions include improving coaches’ arrangement ability and timely adjustment rules.
