Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of early reading and writing ability,the cultivation of Emergent Literacy is of unspeakable significance for children aged 3-6.Cultivating children’s experience in the functions,forms and rules of symbols and characters is beneficial to children’s right concept of characters,thus promoting the development of children’s early reading ability and preparing for entering the basic education stage in the future.At present,there are two main problems in kindergarten literacy education.One is to treat pre-literacy as literacy,instill a lot of words into children,and move towards "primary schooling" education model;The second is the fear of words due to the problem of "primary schooling",so as to reduce the sense of existence of words in activities.These two problems will lead to the decline of children’s interest in words,and even affect their future reading ability.In order to help kindergartens better carry out Emergent literacy training activities under the background of "De-primary Schooling",this study takes the current situation and problems of Emergent literacy training in large class of kindergartens as the starting point,combined with the teaching knowledge in the field of PCK and the core experience of Emergent literacy development,and solves the practical dilemma of Emergent literacy training in large classes through action research,Provide ideas and reference for preschool teachers to cultivate literacy ability before implementation.Combined with the current practical problems in the cultivation of pre kindergarten literacy ability,taking action research as the main line and according to Zhou Jing’s dimension division of the core experience of Emergent literacy development,this study carried out action research in class 2 of L kindergarten in Jinan from the functions,forms and rules of symbols and characters.The action research of each dimension designs two groups of activities,and each group carries out two rounds of activities.During the research period,they jointly design the activity plan with the participating teachers,reflect and revise after the activity,and constantly improve in the action reflection again action.Through the research,the ability of teachers to carry out Emergent literacy education has been significantly improved,teachers have a deeper understanding of Emergent literacy,master the ideas and methods of designing Emergent literacy activities;At the same time,children’s Emergent Literacy has been significantly improved,children are full of interest in characters and symbols in life,their mastery of the "square character" structure of Chinese characters has been gradually optimized,and they are gradually familiar with the rules of reading and character composition;And try to reverse the parents’ concept of pre literacy education.In addition,in order to better carry out pre-literacy education activities,we should also pay attention to the following points: first,clarify the connotation of "De-primary Schooling" and establish a correct concept of pre literacy education;Second,pay attention to the creation of pre literacy environment and increase the opportunities to gain experience in kindergartens;Third,pay attention to life oriented pre literacy education and naturally infiltrate pre literacy experience;Fourth,fully tap and make use of family education resources to form a joint force of education.
