| Children’s ability to take care of themselves is the behavior of children to take care of themselves,which is the most basic life ability that individuals should have.The cultivation of children’s self-care ability can help children gradually adapt to the environment and learn to live.It is conducive to the formation and development of children’s independent personality and is the basis of development in other fields.Therefore,the cultivation education of children’s self-care ability in life is particularly important in the critical period of children’s growth and development.At the same time,the Guidelines for Kindergarten Education points out that the two sides of the home should cooperate in co-education,with respect,equality and mutual benefit as the premise,to jointly carry out education and teaching activities.The active cooperation of both sides of the home is conducive to the acquisition and promotion of children’s ability to take care of themselves in life,so that children’s ability to take care of themselves in life can be continued,consolidated and developed.Therefore,families and kindergartens must reach an educational agreement and cooperate with each other to improve children’s ability to take care of themselves and promote their skills development.This study firstly sorts out the relevant research on the cultivation of children’s self-care ability at home and abroad,and clarifies the important value of co-education in home to promote the cultivation of children’s self-care ability.Secondly,the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate and analyze the primary class 2 of Y public kindergarten in X city.Through the analysis of data and the arrangement of interview records,the development status of self-care ability of small class children in life was understood,and the problems existing in the cultivation education of self-care ability of small class children in home co-education were analyzed.Thirdly,according to the current situation and existing problems of children’s self-care ability cultivation education jointly promoted by home co-education,an action research program was designed,and three stages of action intervention were carried out through the spiraling research steps of "plan-action-observation-reflection".Through the use of homeland-co-education and action research method to promote the level of children’s self-care ability in life,the implementation process and its effect are summarized and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:Ⅰ.The effect of using homeland-co-education to promote children’s self-care ability is remarkable;Ⅱ.The education agreement reached by both sides of the home is the guarantee of improving children’s self-care ability in life;Ⅲ.Various forms of activity organization are conducive to the acquisition of children’s self-care ability;Ⅳ.Rich and effective educational resources can promote the development of children’s self-care ability.Ⅴ.Teachers organize home to promote children’s self-care ability level to be improved.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward to promote the development of children’s self-care ability:Ⅰ.Both sides of the home reach an educational consensus to cultivate children’s self-care ability;Ⅱ.Ensure the smooth and diversified communication channels of homelands;Ⅲ.Take teachers as a bridge to update parents’ educational concept of cultivating children’s self-care ability in life;Ⅳ.Pay attention to the educational value of the transition link and enhance the suitability of organizing activities for self-care ability in life;Ⅴ.To provide children with the opportunity to practice self-care ability in life;Ⅵ.Enhance the communication and organization ability of the teachers’ home to improve children’s self-care ability in daily life. |
