| Nowadays,the core of international competition lies in the competition for talent.The essence of talent competition focuses on the talents’ comprehensive quality.Leadership is one of the comprehensive qualities that international talents should possess.Thus,leadership training has undoubtedly become one of the core aims of school education.High school students,as constructors of the country’s future development,shoulder important historical missions and responsibilities and should have basic leadership ability and quality.This study takes high school students in Xi ’an,Chang’an District as the research object,and makes an in-depth study of high school students’ leadership from two dimensions of influencing factors and training strategies.Meanwhile,this study uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the influencing factors and training strategies of high school leadership.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature on leadership and related theories,and referring to previous scholars’ questionnaires,the questionnaire of this study was prepared,including the aspects of student leadership,activity participation,family role and personal temperament,in order to understand the leadership level of senior high school students,and consider the relationship between leadership and activity participation,family factors,personal characteristics.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is found that the leadership of high school students is in the middle level.And the leadership level is significantly related to gender,grade,location,leader experience,activity participation,leader temperament,family role,etc.In addition,in order to understand the development of leadership training in high school,the author conducted face-to-face communication with leaders and teachers of relevant departments of the investigation school from the following aspects: Is leadership training of high school students necessary and feasible? What is the connotation of leadership for high school students? What are the influencing factors of high school leadership? What are some suggestions for leadership development in high school students?To sum up,in view of the above problems and combined with the analysis of questionnaire data and text data,the suggestions for leadership training of high school students are put forward as follows: First,high school students should improve their personal characteristics.Second,schools should develop leadership training program for high school students.Third,parents should create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere to promote the development of students’ leadership. |
