In the process of building relationships in kindergartens,teachers,as important others in children’s growth,play multiple roles in accompanying children’s growth.Children often call teachers "teacher mother" in the process of interacting with teachers,which seems to be"smooth".The appellation of its natural" actually contains the different role meanings of kindergarten teachers.This study takes the teachers of Class 3 in Z Park in Z City as cases,and the teachers and children of Class A in Class 3 as the research objects.The qualitative research paradigm is adopted,and the main research methods are observation method,interview method and physical analysis method.As a provincial demonstration park and pilot kindergarten in a certain evaluation system,Z City Z Park is not only the main practice base for preschool education in the region,but also undertakes the annual national training task,leading a large number of new kindergartens in the region.The growth and development of the school affects the educational philosophy of a large number of pre-service and in-service kindergarten teachers.As a teacher in the kindergarten,the researcher conducted research on the background of the teacher-child relationship under the title of "teacher mother",analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of the teacher-child relationship under the title of"teacher mother",and provided suggestions for the construction of the teacher-child relationship in kindergartens.Certain experience and advice.This study takes "Is a teacher a mother" as the research background for the construction of teacher-child relationship,and discusses the reasons for the appearance of the title of"teacher mother" from the kindergarten,preschool and kindergarten teachers respectively,and the reason is attributed to: the permeation of the concept of kindergarten education "" Mother’s heart";the age characteristics of teaching children determine that in the process of adapting to the kindergarten environment,the love of "teachers and mothers" is needed to establish a sense of security and belonging;kindergarten teachers have deep feelings for early childhood education in three aspects.Through further research,it is found that the teacher-child relationship under the title of "teacher mother" presents the characteristics of harmony,ease,mutual trust,and mutual care;in addition,the research analyzes the problems that affect the teacher-child relationship under the title of "teacher mother".,found that the teacher-child relationship under the title of "teacher mother" is easy to appear: teachers ignore the principle of universality,resulting in uneven teacher love,confounding teacher status,and weakening teachers’ professional attributes.In view of the characteristics of teacher-child relationship construction under the title of "teacher mother",it is suggested that kindergarten teachers should respect the subject status of children and abide by the universal principle of the use of the title of "teacher mother" in the process of building teacher-child relationship based on the relevant requirements and standards of the teacher’s role.,to be alert to the potential educational problems of the "intimate" teacher-child relationship,continuously improve the professional ability of teachers themselves,and provide practical experience for the harmonious and healthy development of the teacher-child relationship.
