As competition in the Internet industry intensifies,on the one hand,employees of Internet enterprises are facing intensified job competition and increased employment pressure;On the other hand,as they grow older,they also need to assume more family responsibilities.Employees of Internet enterprises need to cope with the dual pressure from work and family at the same time.In order to enrich the domestic research on the dimension of work family balance of Internet enterprises and individual private enterprises,and enrich the academic research results on the diagnosis of work family balance policy,Thesis takes company H in Internet enterprises as the research object to study the current situation of work family balance and policy in the company.This study conducted employee interviews and questionnaires on employees in the company,and collected and collated data on work family balance of all employees in H company.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and interview data,this study finds that: first,the factors that affect the level of employees’ work invading their families include gender,age,age,number of children,family structure,educational background,monthly income,and weekly working hours;Second,the factors that affect employees’ perception of the company’s work family balance management practice policy are the age of the company and the number of children;Third,the factors that affect employees’ satisfaction with the company’s work family human resources management practices and policies include gender,age,number of children and family structure;Fourth,the existing work family balance policy of H company cannot alleviate the level of work family conflict of employees in the company,and the level of work-family conflict of employees and the satisfaction of work-family balance policies show a significant negative relationship.Fifth,there is a significant positive relationship between the family promoting work level,work promoting family level and work family balance policy satisfaction of H company employees.In conclusion,On the basis of the conclusions of the above study,this study further proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to alleviate the level of work family conflict of H company employees and improve the perception and satisfaction of H company’s work family balance policy.
