In today’s society,China’s education reform is deepening day by day,and the society pays more attention to the all-round development of students,vigorously promoting the "five education".The development of "five education" is mutually integrated and promoted,and the combination of aesthetic education and physical education is a typical embodiment.Quality education is the core of education,aesthetic education and physical education are the basic content of quality education,and aesthetic education of physical education is an important form of the integration of aesthetic education and physical education.The strengthening of physical education aesthetic education can make physical education more perfect,rich and interesting,so as to improve the overall quality and level of physical education.Strengthening the aesthetic education of sports in this stage is helpful to the healthy development of teenagers.By carrying out sports aesthetic education,it can promote the sports aesthetic ability of senior high school students and help to realize the overall development of students.This study mainly uses literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the sports aesthetic ability of senior high school students.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the research in this field at home and abroad,and designs a questionnaire to investigate the sports aesthetic ability of students in 6 senior high schools in Changsha.This paper mainly considers the influence of gender,school type,age and other factors on the sports aesthetic ability of changsha high school students,that is,when these factors are different,the sports aesthetic difference of high school students,and gives corresponding suggestions.In order to improve the sports aesthetic ability of changsha high school students,so as to promote the sports aesthetic education of high school students,improve the quality of sports aesthetic education to provide useful reference.The research results of this paper are as follows:On the whole,the sports aesthetic ability of senior high school students from two dimensions is as follows:Sports aesthetic understanding ability(3.84)>sports aesthetic feeling ability(3.77)>sports aesthetic evaluation ability(3.44)>sports aesthetic creation ability(3.22).On the whole,high school students in Changsha perform well in sports aesthetic understanding ability and feeling ability,but relatively poor in sports aesthetic evaluation ability and creation ability.From the perspective of gender,gender has a significant impact on the sports aesthetic ability of changsha high school students.Boys are significantly higher than girls in three dimensions of sports aesthetic feeling ability,evaluation ability and creative ability,and girls are significantly higher than boys in sports aesthetic understanding ability.From grade point of view,grade has a significant impact on the sports aesthetic ability of changsha senior high school students,with the improvement of grade,the sports aesthetic ability of senior high school students improves accordingly.However,with the increase of college pressure in senior three students,their willingness to learn sports esthetic courses has decreased.From other aspects,the sports aesthetic ability of high school students in Changsha city is better than that of county,private schools is better than that of public schools,and sports students is better than that of non-sports students.The influence of family economic level is significant but not regular.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:carrying out characteristic aesthetic education teaching,taking physical education aesthetics as a compulsory course for physical education teachers,improving the teaching system and methods of physical education teachers,strengthening the emphasis on physical education aesthetics from all walks of life,carrying out targeted teaching according to the characteristics of high school students and so on.It is hoped that the relevant research in this paper can bring beneficial reference for the optimization and improvement of sports aesthetic ability of changsha high school students,and play a positive role in promoting.
