Research On The Safety Of Natural Rock Climbing From The Perspective Of Safety Sociology

With the rapid development of outdoor sports,safety problems continue to emerge.In addition,rock climbing is listed as the first batch of high-risk sports by the State Administration of sports.Rock climbing events are divided into artificial rock wall and natural rock wall.In particular,the safety problems of natural rock wall deserve further study.In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety problems in natural rock walls,possible safety problems must be found in advance.Based on the theory of safety sociology,this study takes rock climbers,government staff and the heads of six clubs in Henan Province as the survey objects,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the safety aspects of rock climbers,the government and clubs,from the four dimensions of safety action,safety rationality,safety structure and safety system Analysis and discussion between the government and the club.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:1.from the perspective of safety action,this paper analyzes the three dimensions of equipment preparation,advance preparation and safety process of rock climbers in safety action,and then finds that there are still hidden dangers in the action of rock climbers.This is mainly due to insufficient cognition,psychological paralysis and weak consciousness.At the same time,in these three dimensions,there are certain differences in gender,occupation and income.2.from the perspective of safety rationality,rock climbers still have insufficient understanding of safety knowledge and Safety specifications,which is related to the organization’s executive power,cognitive bias and rock climbing experience to a certain extent;In terms of economic input,action plan,code of conduct and maintenance supervision,rock climbing clubs are affected by limited funds,insufficient teachers and insufficient attention.3.from the perspective of safety structure,Henan province does not pay enough attention to the people-centered safety structure,and the relationship between various parts has not been clearly formed.Among them,the government is still insufficient in legislation and law enforcement,and the supervision is not enough;Different rock climbing clubs have great differences in internal safety management for rock climbing enthusiasts,some in oral form,some in written records.4.from the perspective of safety system,a clear system led by safety culture has not yet been formed.It is more reflected in the safety system culture.The club is not perfect in terms of equipment maintenance system,reward and punishment system and information feedback system;In terms of safety physical culture,there are differences in the investment and training of talents,the popularization of safety equipment,the lack of attention to creating a safe environment and the choice of rescue materials.Based on the situation of rock climbers,the government and clubs,the following suggestions are put forward:1.at the level of rock climbers,rock climbers should take the initiative to learn about all aspects of rock climbing through multiple channels.When selecting equipment,according to their own economic strength,try to choose equipment that is safe,reliable,cost-effective and has certain recognized standards to improve their operational safety.Improve your safety awareness and always guard against paralysis.Before each natural rock climbing,take the initiative to understand and strictly abide by some safety rules and regulations of the sports organization,and understand some local safety emergency rescue units to improve their safety rationality.2.at the government level,relevant departments should strengthen legislation in combination with local actual conditions,promulgate laws and regulations for rock climbing,and promulgate explicit provisions for the unified management of rock climbing clubs.Strengthen law enforcement,integrate resources,form multi department linkage,increase the investment of law enforcement personnel and funds,truly implement the supervision in place,avoid the form of "going through the motions",and constantly improve the social security structure.3.at the club level,the club should establish a safety concept internally and create a safety value of "safety first,prevention first".We will continue to strengthen the training and investment of talents and build a high-level,qualified and skilled coaching team.Formulate detailed equipment maintenance system and information feedback system,and assign special personnel to be responsible for and strictly implement it.Keep a certain degree of resources inclined to the emergency rescue,pay attention to the formulation and Simulation of the emergency rescue plan,ensure that each natural rock climbing activity carries sufficient emergency rescue materials,and constantly improve the safety system of the club.
