Xiangxian culture has played a huge role in promoting the development of China.However,with the vigorous development of modern society,the traditional Xiangxian culture has been gradually forgotten by people under the impact of multiculturalism.In the context of rural revitalization,the word "Xin Xiangxian " has entered the public’s field of vision,and people have carried out various practical activities and researches on Xin Xiangxian.The long-lost Xiangxian culture has once again attracted people’s attention.Xin Xiangxian ’s exemplary role has become a highly controversial topic.As one of the indispensable subjects of rural revitalization,rural teachers can only help rural revitalization by giving full play to the leading and exemplary Xin Xiangxian role of rural teachers and sages based on the actual situation of rural development and adapting to local conditions.However,due to the influence of urbanization and specialization,it is difficult for rural teachers to transform into the role of Xin Xiangxian.Therefore,this paper takes the rural teachers in Guangxi as the research object,with Bourdieu’s field theory as the support,through the investigation and research method to analyze the current situation of the rural teachers in Guangxi to the role of Xin Xiangxian,and according to Bourdieu’s "field","Capital" and "habituation" attribute its predicament,and put forward the realization path of the transformation of Guangxi rural teachers to the role of Xin Xiangxian.This is not only a process of rural teachers adapting to the requirements of the times,but also a process of adapting to social changes and development,and an important way to promote rural revitalization.The article is divided into five parts: The first part first elaborated this article research reason.Secondly,it points out the research significance of this paper.Then,the relevant research results are reviewed,focusing on the connotation of the Xin Xiangxian role of the rural teachers,the problems existing in the Xin Xiangxian role of the rural teachers,and the practice path of the Xin Xiangxian role of the rural teachers.Then,clarify the research purpose,research method,research idea,investigation content and implementation of this paper.Finally,the innovation of the research is explained from the research perspective,content and method.The second part mainly expounds the connotation of the role of rural teachers from the perspective of rural teachers,Xin Xiangxian and role transformation.At the same time,it explains the necessity of the transformation of rural teachers to the role of Xin Xiangxian,and then clarifies the theoretical basis of this article and the suitability of the research.The third part mainly conducts a questionnaire survey and an interview survey on the status quo of the transformation of rural teachers in Guangxi to the role of Xin Xiangxian.The questionnaires are distributed in two forms: paper and electronic.Then,the collected questionnaires and interview data are sorted and analyzed,and the current predicament of the transformation of rural teachers in Guangxi to the role of Xin Xiangxian is summarized,that is,rural teachers are faced with the field dilemma of the unsound institutional system,the capital dilemma and the habit of not strong will.This is in a critical situation,and Guangxi rural teachers have fallen into a quagmire in their transformation to the role of Xin Xiangxian.The fourth part mainly uses Bourdieu’s "field","capital" and "habituation" to attribute the dilemma of Guangxi rural teachers’ transition to the role of Xin Xiangxian.The fifth part mainly proposes the realization path of the transformation of Guangxi rural teachers to Xin Xiangxian from three aspects: widening field,accumulating capital and habitual adjustment.It mainly includes improving the political system and school management system,accumulating economic capital and cultural capital,enhancing the public service awareness of rural teachers,fostering local feelings and alleviating job burnout.The conclusion is a brief summary of the research,and at the same time expounds the shortcomings of this paper and the direction that needs further research in the future.According to Bourdieu’s field theory,this paper constructs the realization path of Guangxi rural teachers to the role of Xin Xiangxian.From a research perspective,there are certain innovations.However,due to the limited ability of researchers and the influence of other objective factors,this paper There are also shortcomings in the research,such as a small number of samples and a lack of thorough theoretical analysis.In the future,we will explore the value of the role transition from rural teachers in Guangxi to those in Xinxiang,so as to provide some ideas for rural teachers to participate in rural revitalization.
