A Study On Case Work Intervention In The Marriage And Love Dilemma Of Mild Intellectual Disabilities From The Perspective Of Anti Vulnerability

Individuals with intellectual disabilities are prone to being disadvantaged in romantic relationships due to their unique physiological characteristics.In real life,it is still difficult for individuals with mild intellectual disabilities to enter a romantic relationship,and it is even more difficult to maintain a long-term relationship.Due to the unique nature of service recipients,it is difficult for ordinary service methods to deeply and effectively help them solve their difficulties.Professional social work adheres to a professional work philosophy,applies professional social work methods and skills,and can effectively understand the difficulties and needs of service recipients.Therefore,the intervention of social workers can effectively help individuals with intellectual disabilities solve their difficulties and enhance their anti vulnerability ability,Enable them to cope with various risk factors in love and marriage,ultimately achieving the goal of enhancing happiness in love and marriage.This study focuses on individuals with mild intellectual disabilities in the home care project of X Social Work Service Center in A District,Changsha City.Based on the theory of anti vulnerability perspective,this study comprehensively applies research methods such as literature review,semi-structured interview,and observation to analyze and explore the vulnerability of this group.Based on this,a service plan is formulated,and effective intervention is carried out,To achieve the goal of enhancing anti vulnerability capabilities for service targets.This article mainly analyzes the problems and needs of the mentally handicapped in the home care project for the disabled in dealing with marriage and love dilemma from five aspects:marriage and love cognition,parent-child relationship,interpersonal communication,self-efficacy,and behavioral ability,and develops corresponding service plans to provide services according to the problems and needs,so as to achieve a targeted goal.Due to its professional characteristics and functions,social work has a unique advantage in improving the anti vulnerability ability of individuals with intellectual disabilities.This work method is based on the problems and needs of service recipients,and uses professional methods such as case studies,group work,and community work to carry out targeted services.In this study,under the guidance of the anti vulnerability theory,the author applied case studies of social work to intervene in the marriage and love difficulties of mild intellectual disabilities,and helped service recipients overcome various difficulties encountered in marriage and love by helping them improve their anti vulnerability ability.From specific social work practices,it can be concluded that the intervention of individual social work can effectively change the marriage and love cognition of service recipients,enhance their resilience and resilience,and enhance their anti vulnerability ability.This study found that: firstly,the anti vulnerability perspective can effectively enhance the ability of individuals with intellectual disabilities to cope with marriage and love risks;Secondly,the case work method can develop personalized service plans based on the vulnerability starting points of different service objects;Thirdly,helping individuals with intellectual disabilities solve marriage and love problems is beneficial for promoting social harmony and improving the overall level of social happiness.This study takes the vulnerability of individuals with mild intellectual disabilities as the starting point,and enhances their anti vulnerability ability to cope with marriage and love risks by empowering them.This study suggests that improving the anti vulnerability ability of individuals with mild intellectual disabilities through case work intervention has a practical effect on solving their marital difficulties.
