Based On Delphi Method And SWOT-AHP Analysis Research On The Development Strategy Of Campus Football In Yinchuan City

Since the implementation of campus football in 2009,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have issued a series of campus football-related policies,and have been outlining a new blueprint for the development of campus football in terms of system and system by strengthening the top-level design,aiming to promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of campus football and advance campus football to the depths.In recent years,although campus football in Yinchuan City has produced certain effects with the cooperation of various departments,it can be found that there are still many problems that need to be solved and further improvement and perfection in general by reviewing the literature related to campus football in Yinchuan City and the campus football policy documents issued by Yinchuan Municipal People’s Government.This study is based on the development of internal and external environment of campus football system in Yinchuan city,using literature method,interview method,Delphi method and questionnaire method to determine the internal and external development environment factors of campus football in Yinchuan city.The internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of the development of campus football in Yinchuan City were discussed with the help of SWOT analysis from the perspective of management.The SWOT-AHP model for the development of campus football in Yinchuan City was constructed through AHP,and the SWOT factors in the target and criterion layers were assigned values by two comparisons,and the weights of each factor were calculated to construct a strategic quadrilateral for the development of campus football in Yinchuan City,and according to the location of the center of gravity P point of the quadrilateral,the strategic quadrilateral,strategic azimuth,strategic type,and strategic intensity coefficient to derive the future development strategy direction of campus football in Yinchuan City.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)The historical evolution of campus football in Yinchuan City is divided into the stage of budding development(1926—1948),the stage of slow development(1949—1965),the stage of tortuous development(1966—1976),the stage of recovery and enhancement(1977—2014),and the stage of deepening reform(2015—).(2)The internal advantages in the development of campus football in Yinchuan City include:the joint efforts of government departments,a more complete competition system,a diversified promotion platform,increasing exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad,a profound soccer culture,and a new multi-faceted development pattern;the internal disadvantages include:an imbalance in the overall development of the region,a shortage of soccer professionals,a lack of reserve talent,a lack of venues and facilities,and a lack of dedicated funding.The opportunities are:the increasing level of economic development,the increasing support of national policies,the promotion of sports after-school services,the holding of large domestic youth soccer leagues,and the rise of soccer training institutions;the external threats are:the spread of "utilitarian" thinking,the impact of other sports,the contradiction between school and training,and the rise of school football.The external threats are:the spread of"utilitarianism",the impact of other sports,the contradiction between school and training,the unsound insurance system of campus football,and the low environment of domestic soccer.(3)After calculating the influence strength of each group of factors on the development of campus football in Yinchuan,the total strength(absolute value)in descending order is(Strengths Group=1.8480)>(Opportunity Group=1.6140)>(Threats Group=-0.2000)>(Weaknesses Group=-0.4568).(4)The future development of campus football in Yinchuan City should first consider the SO strategy and put forward the following specific development strategies:With economic development as the support,consolidate the new pattern of multi-dimensional development;with national policies as the guide,strengthen the synergy of multi-sectoral development;with soccer league as the link,focus on the effective connection of the tournament system;with sports after-school service as an opportunity to do a good job of promoting school soccer culture;with school-enterprise cooperation as the backbone,form a mutually beneficial development situation.
