The Realistic Dilemma And Effective Path Of High School Students' Subculture Constructio

The subculture of high school students has penetrated into every aspect of their study and life.The variety of subculture not only injects vitality into the cultural construction,but also brings challenge to the cultural education work.It is necessary to study the current situation of the development of the subculture of high school students,and explore its influencing factors,to put forward effective paths.By investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the development status of the subculture of high school students through three dimensions: school subculture,family subculture and peer group subculture.The emergence and development of subculture is the result of multiple factors.The problems and solutions in reality can also be analyzed from the three perspectives of school,family and peer group.Based on the above correct understanding and the analysis of the realistic predicament,school should improve the material environment,update the educational ideas and management mode,and reform student’s behavior to construct student subculture.As for family,parents should set examples after provided professional family guidance services and learn how to communicate with their children in a democratic and appropriate way.What’s more,Students’ cultural reflection and judgment as well as their self-discipline and sense of responsibility have to be focused on.Meanwhile,social environment should be purified to get comprehensive guarantee,including network platform and business environment.A systematic joint force is formed to explore the effective paths to construct high school students’ subculture,so as to create a better learning and growth environment for them.
