| Technology is the life of race walking athletes,and the pedal swing technology determines the movement speed and the fluctuation of the body center of gravity of the athletes as they move,and plays a decisive role in the final competition results.This research is oriented to affect the judgment and acceleration of the flight,through the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,measurement The comparative analysis method is used to analyze the technical actions of the top three women’s 20 KM athletes in the 2021 National Race Walking Championships and Olympic Games Trials,explore the non-standard,unreasonable and uneconomical technical problems and shortcomings of the athletes in the pedal swing,summarize the advantages of their pedal swing technology,find the relationship and relationship between the pedal swing technology and its influencing factors,and find the breakthrough points of the pedal swing technology and put forward corresponding suggestions,Make the pedaling technique of our country’s elite athletes more economical,reasonable and standardized,thus laying a solid technical foundation for China’s women’s 20 KM walking race to win glory for the country in the future international competitions.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The upper limb swing angle of three female athletes in China is relatively small and their left and right balance is poor.Yang Jiayu and Liu Hong’s forward swing exhibit the technical characteristics of "large amplitude in the front swing,fast speed in the back swing,and driving walking speed by accelerating the forward swing of the shoulder joint".Yang Jiayu and Xie Yangshi’s right side rear swing speed and angle are both greater than the left side,showing a characteristic of unilateral force.2.Three female athletes in China have lower limb forward swing angles that are relatively small and forward swing distances that are relatively large.Yang Jiayu has a good rhythm in the front swing,while Liu Hong has poor balance in the swing.Both exhibit a technical characteristic of "large amplitude in the front swing of the lower limbs and fast speed in the back swing of the lower limbs".The speed and amplitude of the forward swing of Jie Cheyang in the later stage have decreased to varying degrees,and the rhythm of the hip joint swing is poor.3.The three female athletes in China have basically reached the world’s excellent level in the ankle angle of the back kick,but the distance between the knee angle and the back kick is relatively small.Yang Jiayu and Liu Hong exhibit a technical characteristic of "large front and rear pedal range,fast rear pedal speed".Sister Che Yangshi’s rear pedal speed and rear pedal range have decreased to varying degrees,and the rear pedal rhythm is poor.4.The stability of the three female athletes in China’s aerial skills is poor,with a small distance of head undulation and a longer aerial time.They excessively rely on increasing aerial time to improve walking speed.Yang Jiayu and Liu Hong’s takeoff time increased after their physical strength decreased,while Jie Qieyang’s takeoff time decreased after their physical strength decreased.5.The three female athletes in China still exhibit the technique of "small stride,fast stride frequency".Yang Jiayu relies on the joint increase of step size and frequency to improve her speed,while Liu Hong and Qieyang Shijie mainly rely on increasing step size to improve their walking speed.Qieyang Shijie’s step size and frequency both decrease to varying degrees in the later stages. |
