| Under the influence of the trend of inclusive education,almost all countries in the world are reforming the organization form of their special education,the general education system is gradually opening the door to students with special needs,and the trend from isolation to integration has become the mainstream trend of the development of international special education.For more than thirty years,inclusive education developed rapidly in our country.The learning period is gradually extending from the stage of compulsory education to the stage of non-compulsory education.Inclusive education in ordinary kindergarten,ordinary secondary vocational schools,and ordinary high school has been paid more and more attention by researchers and practitioners.The school adaptation level of the students with special needs learning in the regular class directly affects the survival and development,but also determines the quality of inclusive education.This study attempts to explore the current situation of school adaptation of vocational high school students,analyze the important factors affecting their school adaptation,and then put forward targeted suggestions for improving the level of school adaptation of vocational high school students.In this study,vocational high schools in Chengdu that continuously enroll students for three years or more and have more than 15 students enrolled in their classes were selected as sample objects.The homeroom teachers of the classes with students enrolled in their classes were issued with the School Adaptation Questionnaire for Vocational high school students(Teachers).After screening,a total of 31 valid questionnaires were collected.At the same time,the researcher entered a vocational high school and conducted semi-structured interviews with homeroom teachers,subject teachers and the peers of the students with special needs students by using the Outline of School Adjustment Interview for Students in Vocational High School(Teachers)and the Outline of School Adjustment Interview for Students in Vocational High School(Students).And the observation of classroom learning,interpersonal communication and life adaptation of 4 students in the senior grade of this vocational high school.The following conclusions can be drawn from the above research:First,the students with special needs learning in regular vocational high school are in the lower level of school adaptation,academic adaptation is the worst,interpersonal adaptation is the second,life adaptation is the best;Secondly,the problems of academic adaptation and interpersonal adaptation of the students with special needs learning in regular vocational high school are more prominent.Most of the students in vocational high school have the problem of collective integration,showing the phenomenon of "marginalization".Thirdly,parents and teachers give less academic support to the students with special needs learning in regular vocational high school and have low expectations for the students.Fourthly,the homeroom teacher and the subject teacher receive less professional support of inclusive education,and the support system of inclusive education in vocational high school has not been constructed.According to the research conclusion,the researcher focuses on the analysis and discussion of vocational high school management concept "great integration",management style "emphasis on discipline,light study",curriculum setting "one-sizefits-all",class atmosphere "accept but not accept",low expectations of parents of students enrolled in the class,the support system of students enrolled in the class and other problems,and puts forward the following suggestions: change the management concept of "great integration" and build a truly inclusive acceptance atmosphere;implement the management mode of "student-oriented ",and promote the students with the support of "autonomy";enhance the flexibility of curriculum design and implementation based on the needs of students enrolled in the class;strengthen the cooperation with resource center and give appropriate and professional supporting to the resource teachers;strengthen the collaboration between home,school and social enterprises,and work together to improve the school adaptation level of the students with special needs learning in regular vocational high school. |
