As the beginning of children’s education,preschool education in Sichuan higher vocational education plays an important role in enlightening their subsequent healthy growth.Therefore,the society and families pay more and more attention to early childhood education,and put forward higher requirements for the professional of early childhood teachers.As an important force to train preschool teachers,vocational preschool teachers undertake an important mission.But at present,there are still a series of problems in the professional development of preschool teachers in higher vocational colleges,and the construction of teacher team is far from meeting the needs of improving the quality of preschool education in higher vocational colleges.In addition,there are great differences in economic,natural and cultural conditions in Sichuan Province,and the development of higher vocational preschool education in each region is unbalanced,which is also related to the construction of teachers in higher vocational preschool education in each region.Therefore,it is an urgent task to understand the development status of preschool teachers in higher vocational education in our province and promote the common development of preschool teachers in various regions.Taking the regional comparison of professional development of teachers in higher vocational education in Sichuan Province as the research objective,this study comprehensively uses literature analysis method,survey research method and comparative analysis method,selects 17 representative preschool education teachers of higher vocational colleges in 5 economic regions of Sichuan Province as the survey objects,reveals the actual situation of professional development of teachers in higher vocational education in Sichuan Province from four perspectives: professional knowledge,professional ability,professional concept,teacher morality and performance level,and compares the commonality and difference of teacher professional development between different regions,combined with the in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the interview,on the basis of which targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.It is found that the professional development of preschool teachers in higher vocational education in Sichuan Province as a whole and in individual regions is generally good,but there are still deficiencies in teacher structure and professional development in each dimension.The specific performance is that there are some common problems in the overall teachers’ team of higher vocational preschool education in Sichuan province,such as unreasonable allocation structure of title,age and education,imbalance of professional knowledge structure,unsatisfactory achievement of scientific research ability and performance,and lack of guidance of backbone teachers.There are some differences in the age of teachers in the northwest Sichuan Economic zone,the relatively unbalanced knowledge structure of teachers in the south and northwest Sichuan,the relatively insufficient development of the scientific research ability of teachers and the service ability of preschool education institutions in Panxi Economic Zone,and the unsatisfactory achievement of the scientific research performance of teachers in the less developed ethnic minority areas and the service performance of preschool education institutions.Based on the above research results,this study starts from the field theory and teacher professional development theory,and combined with the interview materials,analyzes the causes of the existing common and different problems from the individual and departmental conditions of teachers.Finally,the government will strengthen the image publicity of teachers,improve relevant policies,increase development funds,and lead cooperation among all parties;Colleges and universities strengthen career planning guidance,strengthen post-employment training,improve the scientific research environment,and strengthen inter-university cooperation;Teachers put forward effective strategies for coordinating the professional development of teachers in higher vocational preschool education in five economic zones in Sichuan Province in terms of enhancing professional identity,balancing teaching and scientific research work,and doing a good job in career development planning. |
