| Leadership is the quality and ability of college students to become leading talents,and improving college students’ leadership is to train college students to become reserve leading talents who serve the people,promote social and economic development,and enrich the human resources of the motherland.College students with high leadership skills have important value and significance for personal happiness,national prosperity,and national rejuvenation.Efficient and positive personality education is an education aimed at cultivating efficient and positive personality,with a special emphasis on the cultivation of "positivity" and "efficient action ability",as well as the cultivation of efficient and positive personality.It has an important enlightening and guiding role in improving the leadership of college students.Therefore,this study investigates the leadership of college students in a certain university in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of efficient and positive personality education,explores the current situation and problems of college student leadership in society,and combines data analysis to deeply explore the reasons for the problems,proposing effective measures to improve college student leadership.This study is divided into the following five parts: Introduction,which mainly explains the purpose and significance of studying college student leadership,collects literature on "leadership" and "college student leadership",provides a preliminary summary of "leadership",summarizes previous research ideas and content,and forms the research ideas and methods.Chapter 1,The theoretical basis for efficient and positive personality and leadership.Explore the relationship between efficient and positive personality education and leadership development.Chapter 2 conducts a survey and analysis on the leadership of college students.By adapting a survey questionnaire on college students’ leadership,differences were tested among different grades,genders,majors,whether they were only children,and their source areas.Several college students and teachers were interviewed to understand the current situation of college students’ leadership and lay the foundation for subsequent research.Chapter 3 discusses the problems and attribution analysis of leadership among college students in the perspective of efficient and positive personality.Starting from the positive personality traits of cultivating leadership among college students,it is found that there are still problems such as low sense of mission and responsibility in leadership,the need to hone leadership willpower to overcome difficulties,insufficient awareness of pioneering and innovative leadership,insufficient implementation of specific leadership practices,and insufficient awareness of tolerance,understanding,and unity and cooperation.These problems can be attributed to a weak concept of actively serving others,a lack of efficient action and self-control,and a solidified thinking mode The definition of leadership training objectives is vague,and there is a lack of space and ability for leadership communication.Chapter 4,based on the theory of efficient and positive personality education,puts forward strategies and suggestions for the improvement of college students’ leadership,that is,first,to let positive values guide leadership training to ensure the correct political direction of leaders;second,to cultivate college students’ excellent leadership quality with the cultivation of positive mental attitude and good morality as the core;third,to improve college students’ leadership by improving their life realm;fourth,to transcend mechanical leadership and management,Emphasizing the cultivation of leadership wisdom and art,the fifth is to cultivate efficient behavior habits,lead by example,and fully leverage the leadership role of efficient action.The sixth is to improve the awareness and ability of technology empowerment,fully leverage the role of technology in leadership.The seventh is to liberate the mind,actively meet challenges,explore and innovate,and vigorously improve creative leadership. |
