| In recent years,China’s e Sports events,as an important carrier for the spread of e Sports culture,are developing in the direction of branding events,standardising the organisation of events,standardising competition rules and commercialising club operations.E-sports events,with tournaments as the core,have created huge production value and received support from national policies,and have achieved rapid development under the promotion of the opportunities of the times.As the leading e-sports event in China,the cultural connotation of the League of Legends is of great significance to the branding and quality development of the event.This paper focuses on the cultural connotation construction of the League of Legends professional league.Through literature,mathematical and statistical methods,expert interviews and logical analysis,it compares and analyses the development history of the League of Legends professional league,the spiritual,material and institutional culture of the League of Legends professional league and the factors influencing the cultural connotation construction of the tournament,explores the achievements of the League of Legends professional league in the cultural connotation construction,and analyses the cultural connotation construction of the League of Legends professional league.This paper examines the achievements of the League of Legends and analyses the problems in the construction of the league’s cultural connotation,with a view to providing inspiration for the high-quality development of the League of Legends.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)The development of the League of Legends professional league has evolved from a stage of growth to a stage of maturity,and the cultural connotation of the league has also reflected the corresponding characteristics of the stage.(2)The cultural connotation construction of the professional league of the League of Legends is still inadequate in terms of spiritual,material and institutional cultural development,but it has a certain foundation.(3)The process of building the cultural connotation of the League of Legends should pay attention to many influencing factors.(4)The cultural connotation construction of the League of Legends professional league has had a positive impact on its culture and brand building,helping to improve the sports awareness and cultural quality of the whole society and promoting the development and prosperity of China’s sports.Based on the above findings,the following suggestions are made for the cultural connotation construction of the League of Legends professional league:(1)Strengthen the construction of dedicated competition venues and increase investment in the construction of competition venues to create a better competition experience and atmosphere,thereby enhancing the audience of the tournament and thus improving the brand value conversion rate of the league.(2)To improve the league’s sustainable development by improving the talent system related to the league.Establish a sound talent pool and management system to ensure the sustainable development of the league.(3)Strengthen the cultural heritage and promote the healthy development of the league.Pay attention to the accumulation of history and culture and innovative development,and strengthen the protection and promotion of the league’s culture.(4)Dig deeper into the cultural connotation,improve the combination of the league and traditional culture,continuously improve the cultural taste of the league,strengthen cultural exchanges and dissemination,and enhance the influence and reputation of the league.(5)Enhance the sense of social responsibility and make more contributions to society.Actively participate in social welfare activities and community building to improve the league’s image and status in society.(6)Strengthen the image of players,improve professionalism and image,and promote the progress of the league’s image and reputation. |
