The sustainable development of school sports has always been a hot issue in sports circle of our country.Its training directly affects the training of reserve talents in sports,and then influences the construction of sports power.Badminton as one of the competitive sports,its high degree of concern by the majority of students love.Badminton is a skills-dominated type of antagonism,which requires very high physical fitness.Almost every round is constantly shifting and pushing.Especially in modern competitive sports,athletes have outstanding explosive power,fast reaction and moving speed under the condition of balanced strength,which are essential conditions to play badminton well and win the game.Therefore,physical fitness is key.So how to improve the physical quality of badminton students more scientifically and effectively has become a problem faced by teachers in colleges and universities.Along with the continuous development of functional training,functional training has been fully verified in other competitive sports,especially in the improvement of specific physical quality,motor skills,body shape and other aspects of outstanding.Therefore,according to the characteristics of badminton sports and the concept of functional training,this paper selects the test actions through FMS.According to the screening results,an accurate,comprehensive and specific functional training plan is formulated,and this training method and means are integrated with the special badminton training in colleges and universities.It provides new ideas and ideas for badminton teaching in colleges and universities while improving the physical quality of badminton.This paper mainly uses various methods such as literature method,interview method,data statistics method,experiment method and logical deduction method.Taking 20 male students of badminton sport of physical education major of our school in 2021 as the research object,the 20 students are evenly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=10)and control group(n=10).The experimental group designed a 12-week functional training program,and the control group received 12 weeks of conventional physical training.After the teaching experiment,relevant physical fitness indexes and functional screening indexes were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Through the functional movement screening test,it is known that among the20 subjects,squat,active straight knee leg lift,torso stability push-up and rotation stability score are relatively low.For asymmetric movements,the left-right score deviation is large,which is mainly manifested in the unbalanced development of muscles and limbs,and certain dysfunction in joint flexibility and stability.But after12 weeks of training,the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.It shows that functional training can improve the coordination of the body and the stability and flexibility of the joint in the process of movement.(2)Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the physical functional training of the experimental group was significantly better than the traditional physical training of the control group,and had a great impact on the three evaluation indexes of 10 times of low center of gravity four-point running,standing long jump and badminton throwing(P<0.05),while the effect of 800 m test was not obvious,the analysis showed(P>0.05).This indicates that functional training can improve the speed,agility and explosive power of the subjects,but has no effect on improving endurance quality.(3)Functional training theory can guide college badminton to implement physical training plan scientifically and effectively,and improve the physical quality of badminton students in a short time.(4)After the 12-week teaching experiment,it was found that some students’ limited flexibility of high and low shoulders and shoulder joints had also been significantly improved,indicating that functional training also had a good effect on improving the correction of body posture. |
