In recent years,children’s psychological problems have been frequently happened,the mental health of primary school students has received widespread attention from all walks of life,and school psychological education,as the main front,has also received increasing attention.This study is based on the thinking vision of positive psychology and explores the current dilemmas in the development of school mental health education.The concept of positive psychology is integrated throughout the whole process of school mental health education in order to improve the basic problems faced by the current primary school mental health education,to further develop the preventive and developmental functions of mental health education,and to promote the all-round development and growth of primary school students’ physical and mental health.This study focuses on the following issues:the current situation of positive psychological qualities of primary school students and the current practice of mental health education in primary schools;the real-life dilemmas faced by the development of mental health education in primary schools;the ways to optimize the development of mental health education in schools under the perspective of positive psychology.To understand the current situation of mental health education in primary schools,the study explored the dilemmas in the development of mental health education in schools and explored the ways to optimize the development of mental health education in schools.Combined with the research and analysis,this study has obtained the following findings:the overall development of primary school students’ mental health is balanced and the positive mental qualities of primary school students are generally good,the form of mental health education in schools is mainly based on mental health education courses,combined with a small number of thematic class activities or lectures,the overall practice is single and not very good,and needs to be paid more attention to;transformation of mental health education in schools faces the following dilemmas:the social environment squeezes the development of mental health education in primary schools at all levels;the construction of mental health education in primary schools runs out of balance;the professional development level of teachers needs to be improved;and there is a lack of synergy in mental health education in primary schools.In this paper,we will explore in depth the optimal path of school mental health education development through the perspective of positive psychology,return to the natural choice of primary school mental health education development,change the perspective of development,attach importance to the developmental and preventive function of positive psychology,consolidate the continuous construction of primary school mental health education,establish a tripartite psychological co-education mechanism of home,school and society,bring into play the synergy of mental health education,promote the psychological health growth of primary school students.This will help primary school students to develop good psychological qualities,develop their psychological potential and promote their healthy and happy development. |
