| Objective: This study studied the intervention of yoga exercise on the neck and shoulder pain of sedentary medical staff,and explored the effect of yoga exercise on the relief and improvement of neck and shoulder pain symptoms,in order to provide scientific and reasonable rehabilitation programs for patients with neck and shoulder pain,provide scientific theoretical basis for yoga intervention on neck and shoulder pain,and provide strong support for the promotion of exercise rehabilitation.Test subjects: Forty subjects were recruited from Haidian Hospital.According to the inclusion criteria,8 unqualified subjects were excluded,and the remaining 32 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 16 weeks of yoga exercise intervention,while the control group maintained the original lifestyle and received regular follow-up and observation.Research methods: Literature research method,expert interview method,Delphi method method,precedence chart method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method.The data of participants before and after 16 weeks of intervention were evaluated using the Simplified Mc Gill Pain Scale,Neck Shoulder Joint Range of Motion,Cervical Dysfunction Index(NDI),Back Force,and Neck Shoulder Joint Flexibility.The data were organized and processed using Excel and SPSS.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of yoga intervention,the score of short-form Mc Gill pain scale in the experimental group was significantly different from that before intervention,but there was no significant difference in the control group.Yoga exercise can relieve the symptoms of neck and shoulder pain in sedentary medical staff.(2)After 16 weeks of yoga intervention,the range of motion of neck and shoulder joints in the experimental group was significantly different from that before intervention,but there was no significant difference in the control group.Yoga exercise can improve the range of motion of neck and shoulder joints in sedentary medical staff.(3)After 16 weeks of yoga intervention,the neck disability index(NDI)score of the experimental group was significantly different from that before intervention,but there was no significant difference in the control group.Yoga exercise can improve the cervical spine function of sedentary medical staff.(4)After 16 weeks of yoga intervention,the back strength of the experimental group was significantly different from that before intervention,but there was no significant difference in the control group.The results indicate that yoga training can improve the back strength of sedentary medical staff.(5)After 16 weeks of yoga intervention,the flexibility of neck and shoulder joints in the experimental group was significantly different from that before intervention,but there was no significant difference in the control group.Yoga exercise can effectively improve the flexibility of neck and shoulder joints in sedentary medical staff.Research conclusion:(1)Yoga exercise can eliminate inflammation,inhibit muscle spasm,release adhesion,relax muscles,and increase the amount of enkephalins in the body,so as to reduce the symptoms of neck and shoulder pain for sedentary medical personnel.(2)Yoga exercises make the active and antagonistic muscles of the neck and shoulder work together,relieve the tension of the thoracic muscles,flexible spine and make the neck and shoulder muscles fully contract,so as to effectively improve the mobility of the neck and shoulder joint of the sedentary medical staff.(3)Yoga exercise can effectively alleviate neck and shoulder pain symptoms and have a positive effect on the range of motion of the neck and shoulder joints,reducing the impact on daily life,thereby improving the cervical dysfunction of sedentary medical personnel.(4)Yoga exercises for the chest and back more and repeated many times,and some postures need to overcome their own gravity,have a positive effect on the neck and back muscle strength,so in the process of exercise,the back strength is enhanced.(5)In the process of yoga exercise,muscle fibers thicken,deep adhesion is loosened,and prevents muscle atrophy,promotes human adaptive compensation,exercises and nourishes the spine at the same time enhances flexibility,thus improving the flexibility of the neck and shoulder. |
