Objectives:The purpose of this study was to explore the movement characteristics of professional and non-professional practitioners by collecting kinematic indicators during the movement of balance postures such as Snake Pose,Crow Pose,Warrior Pose Ⅲ,Lord of The Dance Pose,Standing Leg Raises and Side Plank Pose, and to analyze the reasons for the differences in movement states combined with movement techniques. To provide a theoretical basis for the scientific practice of balance yoga postures for coaches and practitioners. Methods:In this paper, the 3D Motion capture system(3D motion analysis)produced by Motion Analysis Corp was used system)used 8 cameras to collect the kinematic indicators of 8 yoga practitioners(4 professional and 4 non-professional yoga practitioners)in the balance class of fitness yoga. The motion analysis system was used to calculate the torsion angles of the elbow, knee, ankle joints and spine, the movement speed and the change trajectory of the center of gravity during the action. To analyze and compare the difference of kinematic indexes between professional and non-professional yoga asanas, and to explore the stability of balance asanas.Results:1.The left elbow angle of the two groups of practitioners in the Snake Pose and Crow Pose was greater than the right side, and the elbow angle of the professional group was greater than that of the non-professional group. The angle of the knee joint of the support leg in the professional group of the Warrior Pose Ⅲ,Lord of The Dance Pose and Standing Leg Raises was larger than that of the non-professional group and the variation was small. The knee angle change of the supporting leg in the Side Plank Pose support professional group was smaller than that in the non-professional group, and the knee angle of the action leg was greater than that in the non-professional group.2.The speed of the limbs in the professional group is smaller than that of the non-professional group, and the difference between the speed of the upper and lower limbs is small, and the difference in the speed of the upper and lower limbs in the non-professional group is greater than that of the professional group.3.The center of gravity of both the Snake Pose and Crow Pose are shifted to the right, and the change amplitude of the front and rear directions of the professional group is greater than that of the non-professional group. The Warrior Pose Ⅲ,Lord of The Dance Pose and Standing Leg Raises, the center of gravity of the professional group has a small change in the range, and the non-professional group has a large change in the center of gravity.4.The Snake Pose and Crow Pose of the professional group have a smaller movement of the center of gravity left and right than the non-professional group, and the stability difference is large. The change in the center of gravity of the professional group in the Warrior Pose Ⅲ,Lord of The Dance Pose and Standing Leg Raises is smaller than that of the non-professional group. The difference in the movement amplitude of the non-professional group in the direction of the front and rear directions of the center of gravity supported by the Side Plank Pose is greater than that of the professional group, and the stability of the professional group is higherConclusions:1.In the Snake Pose and Crow Pose, the angle of the left elbow joint of the two groups was greater than that of the right side, and the center of gravity was shifted to the right, and the imbalance of left and right muscle strength generally occurred. In the Warrior Pose Ⅲ,the Lord of The Dance Pose, and the Standing Leg Raises, the two groups of practitioners maintain their balance by supporting their legs and bending their knees to adjust the change in the center of gravity. The professional group Side Plank Pose has higher extension, high leg control ability, and more stable movement.2.Professional yoga practitioners have uniform limb speed, slow and stable movements. In the Warrior Pose Ⅲ,the difference in upper and lower limb speed in the professional group is small, and the coordination is good; The non-professional group had inadequate upper and lower limb coordination and poorer limb control.3.The center of gravity of both the Snake Pose and Crow Pose both have a general regularity of shifting to the right, and the center of gravity shifts to the right, which is easy to cause muscle imbalance on the left and right sides. In the Lord of The Dance Pose,Warrior Pose Ⅲ and Standing Leg Raises, the professional group has a slow movement speed,a small change in the center of gravity, and a large degree of change in the center of gravity of the non-professional group, which is more prone to sports injuries.4.Professional group has high balance stability in Snake Pose and Crow Pose. The movement range of the center of gravity, left and right, front and rear and the speed of the upper and lower limbs in the Warrior Pose Ⅲ,Lord of The Dance Pose and Standing Leg Raises are the main reasons affecting stability. The factors affecting the stability of the Side Plank Pose are mainly the change of the front and rear direction of the center of gravity.
