| Since the Ministry of Education announced the list of "Double FirstClass" colleges and universities,the "Double First-Class" colleges and universities have been actively carrying out construction work,and higher education has entered a new stage of development.Undergraduate teaching management is the foundation of the "Double First-Class" construction,and efforts to improve the quality of first-class undergraduate education can provide strong momentum for the "Double First-Class" construction.Focusing on talent training,the advanced teaching management theory with students as the center has become the basic research theory of undergraduate teaching management in universities.The optimization and adjustment of the layout of the discipline structure,the innovation of the talent training model,and the effective integration and allocation of educational resources have become the key issues of quality construction.In recent years,the "Double first-class" construction colleges and universities have continuously improved the level of undergraduate teaching management,controlled the scale of undergraduate teaching teachers and students,enhanced the efficiency of teaching input and output,and made certain progress,and scientifically and comprehensively evaluating the quality of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities is of great significance for the current stage of "Double firstclass" construction universities.Domestic scholars mostly use questionnaire surveys,expert scoring and weight setting,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to study the satisfaction and teaching quality of teachers’ teaching,which has a certain degree of subjectivity,and the results are easily interfered with by human factors.In this paper,16 "double-first-class" construction universities are selected,and the relevant data in the "Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report" and "Employment Quality Report" in the three academic years of 2018-2021 are extracted.From the three perspectives of faculty strength,funding investment and resource investment,9 input indicators such as the number of full-time teachers,the daily operation expenditure of teaching,and the average teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment values of students are selected;from the three perspectives of graduation employment quality,teaching satisfaction and discipline competition results,9 output indicators such as undergraduate further education rate,student evaluation and teaching excellence rate and discipline competition score in the past 5 years are selected;and the number of full-time undergraduate students,the per capita GDP of each province and the value of new teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment in that year are selected as environmental variables.The model combining PCA and Three-stage DEA of the principal component analysis method was selected to analyze the efficiency value of undergraduate teaching of the sample universities,and the horizontal and vertical comparisons were carried out in the sample year,and the suggestions for the undergraduate teaching construction work after the university were combined with the analysis results.The study shows that the quality of undergraduate teaching is greatly affected by environmental factors,and in recent years,the investment in educational resources in colleges and universities has changed greatly,and the proportion of funds and resources is constantly adjusting.The quality of undergraduate teaching shows a short-term trend of improvement,and the scale control of undergraduate teaching by colleges and universities has gradually increased,but it is still necessary to enhance their own undergraduate teaching technology management level and enhance their own soft power of undergraduate teaching.In the future,"double-firstclass" construction colleges and universities can improve the quality of teaching by increasing the number of professors and teachers with senior professional titles,optimizing the training program of discipline talents,strengthening the teaching management of undergraduate courses,optimizing the structure of undergraduate teaching expenditure,increasing the daily operation expenditure of teaching and the expenditure of practical teaching links. |
