| Modern society is a diversified and tolerant society,and corporate organizations have also shown obvious diversity.Especially after entering the 21 st century,women,especially female leaders in organizations,have increasingly become an important force in social and economic development.On the other hand,looking at reality,although the number of female leaders in companies in various countries has increased compared with the previous era,the overall number is still relatively limited.Similarly,fewer women take up leadership positions in Yemeni companies.Therefore,under the background of the increasing importance of women as leaders,as a Yemeni student studying in China,I want to use the managementrelated theories and knowledge learned in China to study the factors that influence the behavior of Yemeni female leaders.The purpose is to improve The ability and potential of women in their leadership careers provide enlightenment and reference.This paper uses questionnaire surveys and normative research methods to analyze the characteristics of Yemen’s female leaders.First,it analyzes the existing research theories on female leadership behaviors and characteristics,and female leadership styles.It also discusses the current development status of Yemen’s female leaders.On this basis,a standardized research method,namely,the Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire(MLQ),was conducted among 170 employees of Yemeni enterprises to investigate the leadership behavior of Yemeni women based on their position,the way they obtained the position,and their marital status.The difference Based on the statistical classification of the types of leadership behaviors of female leaders in Yemeni enterprises,the hypothesis of the relationship between female leadership behaviors and their possible influencing factors is put forward.Subordinates’ working years,marital status,differences in the nature of the position,and differences in the way of obtaining the position.Finally,empirical research methods are used to verify and analyze the above hypotheses.empirical research methods.Specifically,the multi-factor leadership questionnaire(MLQ)is used to research and analyze the influencing factors of female leaders in Yemen.There is no difference in behavior between leaders in other areas.However,leadership behaviors in management positions are more focused on encouraging behaviors,idealized influence behaviors,intellectual motivational behaviors,and contingency reward behaviors.At the same time,it is mostly manifested as a transformational leadership style.The influencing factors of their female leadership behavior have nothing to do with their marital status and the way of leadership.In contrast,the behavior of female leaders varies with different management positions,and the performance of female leaders as general managers is more inclined to active or passive exception management.Finally,this study provides suggestions for improving women’s leadership and management ability and leadership ability.The main suggestions are as follows:(1)to enable women to take leadership positions in the company and give them the corresponding position power.(2)Improve women’s leadership skills,especially in communication skills and action and response skills,and teach them how to adapt to the differences around them and use them in a positive way.(3)To change the stereotype that women play a limited role in society,to help women achieve a balance between family and work,to use training courses to improve women’s management,humanistic skills and abilities(4)to establish a new professional department responsible for assisting women with problems and in need of support. |
