General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to strengthen health education at the National Health and Health Conference,and proposed to “establish a sound health education system to improve the health literacy of the whole people”.The “Healthy China The 2030 ”Planning Outline also calls for strengthening health education,pointing out“Incorporate health education into the national education system and make health education an important part of quality education at all stages of education”.At present,health education in senior high schools in my country is mainly implemented by subjects such as Physical Education and Health and Biology,and the “Healthy Life” module of the elective part of Biology Curriculum Standards for General High Schools(2017 Edition revised in 2020)provides an opportunity for the implementation of health education.However,at present,high school biology teachers are generally confused about how to implement health education and how to integrate teaching resources.Therefore,this study aims to provide resource cases for front-line teachers to implement healthy life education through the development of the teaching resource package for the “healthy life” module of high school biology and enrich the theoretical research on healthy life education and teaching resources package development.This study first reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on healthy living,school health education,and teaching resource packages to understand the research status at home and abroad and provide a theoretical basis for follow-up research.Secondly,an investigation was carried out into the level of healthy life literacy of teachers and students,the status quo of teachers’ implementation of healthy living education,and the development of teaching resources.The idea of developing teaching resources is not clear enough.Then,by sorting out the relevant literature for reference,the development principles and development process of the teaching resource package are established,the resources are integrated based on the development of the resource package,and finally,a self-editing module including the main resources(“healthy life” module)is formed.Lesson resources,picture resources,video resources,books,literacy resources,and website resources are examples of auxiliary resources.The main resource is the development of self-edited teaching materials.The development process is as follows:(1)Determine the goal of compiling the teaching materials;(2)Create the teaching materials’ content framework;(3)Create the teaching materials’ structural system;(4)Collect,summarize,and integrate the materials;(5)Complete the writing of teaching materials.The auxiliary resources are developed based on the main resources.The development process is as follows:(1)analyze the content of the self-edited teaching materials and establish the teaching theme;(2)collect and integrate resources according to the teaching theme;(3)Design teaching lessons and integrate various resources into the teaching process(a total of The 14 teaching examples are divided into three categories according to the teaching form: classroom teaching design,practical activity design,and theme activity design;(4)organize and combine various resources according to the theme to form auxiliary resources.Finally,choose two lesson examples from the resource package for practice.According to the feedback from teachers and students,summarize the problems existing in practice and give precautions for the use of the resource package,to provide help for teachers to refer to and use the resource package.Through the development of the teaching resource package for the “healthy life”module of high school biology,the following conclusions have been drawn: First,the concept and connotation of the healthy life and teaching resource package have been clarified,and the healthy life education and teaching resources have been enriched.The theory of package development was first,the principles of teaching resource package development were summarized;thirdly,the process of resource package development was constructed;and fourthly,the teaching resource package for the “healthy life” module was designed,and the practice proves that the developed teaching resource package is feasible.
