| As the highest level athlete in the School of Physical Education at this stage,Zhao Xin has the potential to improve his performance,although his best performance in the high jump is 1.93 m and his athletic rating is Grade 2.Through the analysis of Zhao Xin’s high jump technique,we will investigate the technical characteristics of Zhao Xin at this stage,find out the technical problems and propose the direction of improvement,provide technical parameters for Zhao Xin’s technical training in the future,and provide a reference basis for the subsequent improvement of the athlete’s performance.In this paper,we use video filming and video image analysis to capture Zhao Xin’s high jump technique in two dimensions with a fixed point and focus on the arc,jump,air and over the bar.The following conclusions were drawn from the study.1.Zhao Xin’s arcing assist is slower in the reverse 1 step than in the reverse 2 step,while the jumping leg is not stretched in the reverse 2 step,thus disrupting the rhythm of the assist.2.Zhao Xin’s jumping point is a bit far away and the direction of the jumping foot is towards the centre of the arc assist;the knee cushion is too large during the jumping cushion phase and too much horizontal speed is lost;the horizontal speed is converted into vertical speed with only 32.63% and there is a "backward pole" phenomenon at the moment of leaving the ground.3.Zhao Xin was late in jumping and the swing radius of the swing leg was too large,causing excessive loss of speed due to excessive pressure on the jumping leg;the upper leg swing was slow,the swing height was not high enough and the swing direction was not correct.4.Zhao Xin’s highest point was 1.91 m,and the short time spent in the lift-off phase made the lift-off less effective;from a spatial point of view,the left side of Zhao Xin’s body moved slightly better than the right side,but the neck angle became too large too early after the lift-off,making the "inverted pole" move appear earlier.5.Zhao Xin’s overhead speed was slow at 3.88m/s,but the large angle of the back arch during the overhead made the overhead successful;although the difference between the highest point of his body weight and the height of the bar during the overhead was small,Zhao Xin’s highest point in the air was not directly above the bar,and the short flight distance and premature reaching of the maximum height in the air made Zhao Xin’s overhead more strenuous. |
