In 2019,the Ministry of education clearly pointed out that "vocational education and general education have the same important status [1]" and higher vocational education is an important part of China’s vocational education.In the same year,China began to implement the enrollment expansion plan of higher vocational colleges.Private higher vocational education is an important part of Higher Vocational Education in China.Running private higher vocational colleges well is an important work to develop higher vocational education in China.Teachers are the executors of education and the guides of students.The "double qualified" teachers with teacher quality and professional technology are a powerful guarantee for the talent training of private higher vocational colleges.How to strengthen the construction of "double qualified" teachers,increase the number of "double qualified" teachers and improve the quality of "double qualified" teachers has become an important issue for Private Higher Vocational Colleges in China.Therefore,this paper selects m Vocational College in Sichuan Province as the research object,and carries out investigation and research through the following steps: first,through the literature method,we understand the current situation of the construction of foreign vocational education teachers,sort out the research theory of the construction of domestic "double qualified" teachers,and find out the deficiencies in the research at home and abroad;Second,Through questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the current situation of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in M Vocational College and the problems existing in the construction process,as well as the reasons for these problems;Thirdly,taking government market relationship theory,public goods theory,two factor theory and learning principle as the theoretical basis of the text,designing questionnaires and interview questionnaires,and putting forward corresponding feasible solutions to the problems found;The fourth is to explore the connotation of "double qualified" teachers’ team construction in private higher vocational colleges,and put forward some improvement countermeasures for further improving the "double qualified" teachers’ team construction in private higher vocational colleges.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the construction of "double qualified" teachers’ team in private higher vocational colleges,the government,enterprises,schools and teachers themselves are the main body,which needs the interaction of all parties.(2)M vocational college has made some achievements in the construction of "double qualified" teacher team,but its problems such as single source of teachers,insufficient number of teachers,unreasonable teacher structure,weak teacher training and unstable teacher team are more prominent.These problems are universal in private higher vocational colleges.(3)The expansion of higher vocational colleges has led to a surge in the number of students.The main reasons for the problems in the construction of "double qualified" teachers in private higher vocational colleges are that the school’s own "double qualified" teacher identification system,evaluation system and training system need to be improved.(4)Promoting the government’s macro management and policy guidance,and formulating clear standards and assessment system for "double qualified" teachers are the major premise and background to ensure the construction of "double qualified" teachers in private higher vocational colleges.(5)Private higher vocational colleges deepen the cooperation with enterprises,promote the participation of enterprises,and enable enterprises to participate in the construction of "double qualified" teachers,which is a powerful auxiliary to the construction of "double qualified" teachers in private higher vocational colleges.(6)It is an effective way to promote the construction of "double qualified" teachers in private higher vocational colleges to improve the school’s own recruitment,identification,evaluation and other institutional processes,and properly tilt the salary and professional title evaluation towards "double qualified" teachers.Understanding students’ requirements for teachers’ teaching ability and quality,and paying attention to private vocational students’ expectations for teachers are the internal driving force to improve the construction of "double qualified" teachers in private vocational colleges.Under the background of the rapid development of Vocational Education in China,this paper selects m Vocational College as the research object,studies the current situation and problems of its "double qualified" teacher team construction,and puts forward feasible suggestions to promote the "double qualified" teacher team construction of private vocational colleges,so as to improve the talent output quality of private vocational colleges,which has certain practical significance.The deficiency of this paper is that the survey did not cover many private higher vocational colleges,and the distribution of the questionnaire did not cover all teachers and students of M vocational college.The survey data can not fully represent the current situation of the "double qualified" teacher team of private higher vocational colleges.The opinions and suggestions on how to implement the construction of the "double qualified" teacher team of private higher vocational colleges need to be further studied. |
