With the improvement of domestic public living standard and high attention to leisure tourism activities,e-gaming spectator tourism,as a new tourism form,has formed a strong attraction to tourists in consumer products and gradually become a hot spot in the development of domestic leisure tourism economy.On the one hand,e-gaming tourism has realized the integration and reconstruction of technology elements and tourism resources,and promoted e-gaming industry to become a new economic growth point for regions and cities;on the other hand,e-gaming tourism breaks through the traditional tourism model,satisfies the deeper spiritual and cultural needs of tourists,becomes a fresh and exciting way of tourism,and plays an active role in promoting the upgrading of mass tourism consumption.As the main body of industrial development,the e-sports tourism in the new situation needs to pay more attention to the consumption behavior of e-sports tourists.This paper takes e-sports tourists as the research object,takes tourism consumption behavior as the theoretical basis,uses literature method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the consumption behavior of e-sports watching tourists,and obtains the following main conclusions:(1)The differences in the number of participants,travel frequency and travel time of e-sports watching tourists of different genders are obvious,the ratio of men to women is close to 1:2,and the frequency of travel and travel time of women also significantly higher than men.Although travelers tend to choose typical cities for e-sports tourism,the female group favors cities with local characteristics and food,and spends more on esports tourism activities.In terms of the information collection method of e-sports tourism,male and female travelers tend to be more alike in choosing information channels,while the gender difference in travel mode is obvious,with female group preferring to travel with fans and male group preferring to choose airplane as a travel tool.(2)Using semi-structured interview method to analyze the factors influencing the consumption behavior of e-sports watching tourists,the study found that:e-sports resource factor,service factor,cultural factor,psychological factor,social class and family factor,and income factor are the main influencing factors of e-sports watching tourists,and further constructed the model of influencing factors of consumption behavior of e-sports watching tourists.(3)Using questionnaires and structural equation models to quantify the weights of factors influencing consumption behavior of e-sports spectator tourists by gender,among which individual psychology,resource attractiveness,family and social roles,individual income,individual culture and service level have significant effects on gender differences in consumption behavior of e-sports spectator tourists,and female spectators have higher demands for travel safety and spiritual needs.They tend to choose venues with strong atmosphere,spend time with fans,and satisfy their spiritual and cultural needs by participating in e-sports tourism activities.Male game-watchers tend to "go straight to the point" in choosing e-sports tourism places,pay more attention to the quality of the event,and pay more attention to the winning and losing results of the e-sports event itself;female game-watchers have a diversified choice of tournament tourism places,prefer cities with local characteristics,and have higher requirements for the quality of accommodation and catering services.Based on the research findings,suggestions for the development of domestic esports tourism are proposed;first,to create personalized e-sports tourism products,and to customize and market and promote corresponding e-sports tourism routes for the different psychological characteristics and economic ability of e-sports spectator tourists of different genders;second,to provide IP products of different levels and genders based on income differences,and to optimize them in pricing;third,to shape safe,comfortable Fourth,pay attention to the infrastructure and service level of esports tourism to meet the personalized needs of e-sports tourists;Fifth,local governments should actively develop e-sports resources with city characteristics,gradually improve the upstream and downstream e-sports industry chain,create esports business cards for cities,and enhance the influence of cities. |
