With the social reform, the popularization of higher education and the gradual deepening of globalization, the process of urbanization in China is advancing rapidly,Urban demographics are also changing, the number of single groups is increasing year by year, and the number of single women in cities is also rising and attracting wide attention.According to a survey report issued by Haii Market Consulting Co.,unmarried people are usually highly educated, educated and independent, and the number of unmarried people may account for 25 percent of the single group. With the popularization of higher education, the number of female groups receiving graduate education increases and increases, and ideological independence follows. Therefore, more high-educated women have changed from passively choosing marriage to "not to marry" independently, and choose not to marry according to their own wishes has gradually become prominent. The study shows that Chinese urban women are between 23 and 27 years old, most individuals will choose to marry in the "marriage age period".Those who remain single or unmarried beyond their appropriate age will largely lead to a single life in the future. The growth of single people in China indicates that the increasing phenomenon of non-marriage will become a long-term phenomenon. With the development of individuality and the improvement of individual cognition of their own rights and obligations, the concept of marriage tends to be diversified, and the concept of "no marriage" will challenge the traditional view of marriage.Based on the individualized theory, this paper studies the concept of "no marriage" for female graduate students by using the method of qualitative research.Through the field investigation and semi-structured interview of the examination, and consulting the relevant literature, the author analyzes the tension reflected in the individualized process and the individualized process of the choice of the examination. The research shows that the concept of ’no marriage’ of female masters in universities reflects the obvious individualized representation. After the "separation"of the traditional system, they "embed" the new social relationship.Under the comprehensive influence of individualization and traditional social and cultural regulations, the group characteristics of "living for themselves",but individuals will face various risks in the process of "de-traditionalization".This paper applies the individualized theory to explain the concept of "no marriage" for female masters in universities, trying to improve the Chinese social practice of the individualized theory.
