| Aerobics is a group exercise,dance and music in one sports,because of its dynamic,energetic,fitness and other characteristics,by the fitness crowd’s favorite.As a competitive sport,the technical level of aerobics in China is also at the forefront of the world,which comes from the importance that China attaches to the reserve talents of the aerobics program.After-school training is not only an important part of school sports in China,but also a top priority for the country’s sports industry in the development trend of "integration of sports and education" to train competitive sports talents.The aerobics program in China has always taken schools as the main training ground and after-school training as the main way to develop the program and train talents.However,there are some problems in the process of campus aerobics after-school training,and it is urgent to clarify the influencing factors of campus aerobics after-school training.Therefore,this study focuses on the factors influencing the development of campus aerobics afterschool training and proposes a reasonable path to promote the development of campus aerobics after-school training in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of aerobics programs in China.This paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,Telfer method,hierarchical analysis method and mathematical statistics method to construct the index system of influencing factors for the development of campus aerobics after-school training,and rank the weights of each influencing factor,and then carry out a more comprehensive analysis according to the results of the weights of the indexes,and propose a feasible development path.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The index system influencing the after-school aerobics training on campus was constructed by using the Telfer method,including 4 benchmark level indexes such as coaches and students;13 factor level indexes such as coaching level,sports level,venue equipment and policy environment;and 51 index level indexes such as academic level,fighting for school glory,competition rules research and national policy.(2)Each indicator in the benchmark layer was assigned a value by hierarchical analysis and ranked by the size of the weight value in the following order:society(0.3659),school(0.2778),coaches(0.2326),and students(0.1238),with society being the most influential factor on the development of after-school aerobics training on campus.(3)Each indicator in the factor level was assigned a value by hierarchical analysis and ranked in order of weight value as follows:policy environment(0.1929),management system(0.1528),coaching level(0.1031),event environment(0.0921),coaching motivation(0.0901),training motivation(0.0668),venue equipment(0.0667),and family environment(0.0611),training funds(0.0583),research and training transformation(0.0393),sports level(0.0368),learning and training contradiction(0.0202),and others(0.0198).(4)By assigning values to each indicator in the indicator layer through hierarchical analysis and ranking them according to their weight values,the top 15 indicators in order were:national policy(0.1102),management organization(0.0738),implementation of physical education integration(0.0551),international level competition(0.0447),experience in leading teams(0.0422),number of aerobics coaches(0.0415),title promotion(0.0356),participation cost(0.0333),business reimprovement(0.0301),career dedication(0.0292),degree of parental support(0.0280),provincial and municipal policies(0.0276),national-level competition(0.0270),family economic conditions(0.0254),and space in training venues(0.0253).(5)The development paths of campus aerobics after-school training are:taking national policies as a guide,adjusting campus aerobics after-school training strategies in response;taking school management system as a pivot,clarifying the positioning of campus aerobics after-school training development;taking coaching level as a focus point,improving campus aerobics after-school training quality;taking multidimensional motivation as a helper,stimulating inexhaustible motivation for campus aerobics afterschool training development;taking venue equipment as a guarantee To strengthen the basic construction of campus aerobics after-school training. |
