In recent years,the pressure of work and life has gradually increased,and the youth group has become one of the groups with high incidence of many chronic diseases,which makes the young people pay more and more attention to health,and their demand for information is also growing rapidly.The internet plays a more and more important role in the health information communication.The numerous information resources on the Internet provide convenience for the acquisition of information.However,whether the network health information can achieve the expected communication effect and whether it can be accepted and adopted by users is a problem worthy of discussion.This study selected the young people as the research object,and explored the formation mechanism and influencing factors of their online health information adoption behaviors,so as to provide help for improving the quality of online health information services and promoting the healthy life behaviors of young people.Under the framework of the TPB,this study constructs a behavioral model for the adoption of online health information among young people by analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad and combining with in-depth interviews.Based on the questionnaire survey,SEM and depth interview method are used to verify the theoretical model and relevant research hypotheses.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)young people tend to pay close and authoritative attention to the types of online health information.The information types they concerns focus on the daily information such as healthy diet,exercise,mental health,etc.They are more rational about the information related to their own physical conditions,and are more willing to obtain information from professional doctors.In terms of information access channels,they mainly obtain information through wechat,microblog,Tiktok and other social media with certain entertainment nature.(2)Health awareness,individual behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control and adoption intention are important influencing factors of young people’s online health information adoption behavior,which have a direct or indirect positive impact on information adoption behavior.From the perspective of effect analysis,perceived behavior control has the greatest effect on actual adoption behavior.Willingness to adopt plays a partial and complete intermediary role in the impact of various factors on the actual adoption behavior.Based on the findings,this study put forwards thoughts and suggestions on establishing authoritative information sources,building a digital medical ecosystem,joint publicity,improving the information dissemination environment,deepening health education,and improving health information literacy and health awareness. |
