| With the continuous development of information technology,the Internet has changed the original production methods of many industries,and the education and training industry is also facing the huge impact from digital transformation.More realistically,since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,all large-scale offline gatherings have been restricted by various policies and epidemic prevention and control requirements.Enterprises training has been challenged like never before.Therefore,developing an online training system for enterprises to make the training work online,digital and process-oriented has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.This project comes from the project of the author’s internship company,which is an online training system developed for a state-owned enterprise.Its purpose is to serve the enterprise’s internal strategy implementation,business development,management improvement and employee growth.The author participated in the whole process of enterprise online training project from project establishment to online operation.The system is based on layered architecture mode development,technical architecture using Spring Boot+ microservices +My SQL+My Batis back-end framework and vue.js frontend framework.At the same time,it uses the genetic algorithm to realize the function of automatic examination paper generating in the examination center module,so as to provide enterprises with more scientific and efficient assessment services.By analyzing enterprise needs and user characteristics,the offline training process is refined and summarized into four functional modules of the enterprise online training system: course center,examination center,question and answer ecology,and online training class.(1)Course Center Module: This module is mainly used for trainees to learn courses,including new courses,course learning and data statistics.(2)Examination center module: This module is used to test the training effect of the trainees,and at the same time provides the enterprise with services such as internal staff training examination,salesman examination,operator examination and so on.It includes functions such as examination paper management,examination management,and online examination.(3)Question-and-answer ecological module: This module is used to solve difficult problems in corporate employee training,learning and daily work.Through the construction of a question-and-answer ecosystem similar to the community,the group wisdom of the employees of the enterprise is stimulated,the students are encouraged to ask questions actively,and the occurrence of organizational learning is promoted.(4)Online training class module: This module realizes online collective training in a class unit,and the purpose is to transplant the offline training environment to the online training platform.Administrators can create new online training courses,set up training plans,and students can apply to join online training courses and participate in training.The enterprise online training system has been successfully launched and put into use.During the online period,the system operates stably and meets the expected training needs of the enterprise.The training experience of the trainees is good,and the training results are remarkable.The system will continue to empower the development of enterprise talents in the future,improve employee productivity and work efficiency,and create greater economic benefits for enterprises. |
