The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of basic psychological needs of sports situation on high school students’ sports learning motivation and learning behavior based on motivation theory such as self-determination,and to explore sports learning motivation and learning behavior intervention path through the practical application of TARGET model.To this end,firstly,a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the status quo of basic psychological needs,learning motivation and learning behavior among 323 random samples of three ordinary high school students,and to understand the basic psychological needs,learning motivation and learning behavior of high school students in sports situations.The current situation,and the use of structural equation model to further reveal how the basic psychological need affects the motivation and behavior of high school students in physical education.Then,using the natural experiment method,the TARGET model is applied to the teaching design of physical education for ordinary high school students,and the teaching of this model is compared with the traditional model of teaching,and it is further discussed how to improve the basic psychological needs of high school students for physical education,verify the research hypothesis and explore the physical education learning.Intervention pathways for motivation and learned behavior.The research results show that:(1)The overall level of high school students’ basic psychological needs,sports learning motivation and learning behavior is moderate,and the basic psychological needs(t=5.73,P<0.01),sports learning motivation(t=6.52,P<0.05)and There were gender differences in behavior(t=-2.40,P<0.01).(2)High school students’ sense of sports situational ability(β =0.31,P<0.01),sense of autonomy(β =0.20,P<0.01),and sense of relationship(β =0.50,P<0.01)directly affect autonomous motivation.Furthermore,sense of competence(β=0.313*0.672,P<0.01),sense of autonomy(β=0.202*0.672,P<0.01)and sense of relationship(β =0.496*0.672,P<0.01)indirectly through autonomous learning motivation variables Affect physical learning approach behavior.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the subjects in the TARGET mode group had a sense of autonomy(F=1.15,P<0.05),a sense of competence(F=5.06,P<0.05),and autonomous motivation in sports learning(F=10.81,P<0.05).P<0.01)and controlling motivation(F=6.21,P<0.05),approach behavior(F=6.09,P<0.01)and avoidance behavior(F=7.43,P<0.05)in physical education were strong,experimental The subjects in the group had a higher total score in the physical education class(F=4.28,P<0.05).The conclusions of this study:(1)The basic psychological needs,motivation and behavioral performance of high school students in sports belong to the middle level,and boys perform better than girls;(2)The variables of basic psychological needs of high school students directly affect the motivation of sports autonomy.Motivation directly affects physical learning approach behavior,and controlling motivation directly affects avoidance behavior.(3)The TARGET model can create an autonomous and supportive learning situation,and then effectively meet the needs of students’ sense of autonomy,ability,and relationship,promote sports autonomy,improve sports approach behavior,weaken sports avoidance behavior,and improve teaching.Effect. |
