Under the dual background of population aging and rapid development of floating migration, the scale and structure of elderly migrants are changing rapidly.Based on the data of the China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS 2018),this paper focuses on the impact of socioeconomic status and social support on the health of the elderly migrants and its effect differences through contingency table, binary logistic regression and multinomial logistic regression.Based on this, from the perspective of social work for the aged, this paper puts forward a health intervention system to promote the elderly migrants.Descriptive statistics show that there are internal differences in health status, relatively low socioeconomic status and high level of social support of the elderly migrants.Multivariate statistical analysis shows that socioeconomic status has a differentiated impact on the health of the elderly migrants. The health status of the elderly migrants with higher education, higher occupational status, higher income and non-agricultural household registration is better, and there is no significant difference in the objective health status of non-agricultural household registration. In addition, there are group differences in the impact of socioeconomic status on the health of the elderly migrants, and this effect is more significant in the high social support level of the elderly migrants;Social support is beneficial to the health level of the elderly migrants, and government and community support can significantly improve the health level of the elderly migrants. The above findings support the social causation theory and the theory of social support proposition, and social support as the breakthrough point, from family, community, government provide informal and formal social support, build a social support network system with community support as the mainstay and family and government support as the supplement, and explore coping strategies for social work to improve the health level of the elderly migrants from multiple perspectives.
